Great property!! Denise does a phenomenal job of welcoming her guests. She strives to ensure that you have what you need. I will be back and recommend this property to others.

Travel nurse, my 2 main things that i look for are clean and safe, at a reasonable price, this property is perfect. I also work nights, and have no issues at all sleeping here during the day, always quiet! The manager is absolutely the greatest, so sweet and always available. When other travelers at my facility ask where I'm staying, i don't hesitate to tell them Affordable Suites! I return every other week and will anytime I'm working here!

The lady that runs the place is super nice. But the place is not for overnight travelers. It is more of a place for shady people looking for a cheap long term place to live. The rooms are very dated, and very unclean. Cats and cat food all over the sidewalks. Do not recommend this place.

Easy check-in, clean rooms, hot water, cold AC, quiet neighbors, and close to everything. Would highly recommend!

My stay Affordable Suites was amazing! I came to this Affordable Suites due to an unfortunate family situation. Denise was amazing she made me feel so comfortable and safe, she was very polite and welcoming along with the prices being great! My suite was very clean and I was just amazed! Very quiet area, near to foodstores and also on a major route with easy access to Charlotte. Denise is really awesome and so are the cleaning staff. Very clean location as well. Already booked my next stay.

Great resident manager and housekeepers cleanest place in this town at a great value and it’s very quiet as close to home as you can be away from home.

The staff is great. Denise and Sara are very sweet! I came to Shelby for a summer job and needed a place to stay for a couple months. I was nervous at first because the town was unfamiliar and I was living on my own, but they helped me feel welcome and safe. The weekly room cleaning was great and I was able to feel at home pretty quickly.

Our experience here was excellent! Denise and her dedicated staff went above and beyond to make our stay warm and comfortable. Our room was always kept exceptionally clean as was the entire facility. Denise was always available when needed and was an exceptional host! The staff was equally helpful and very, very pleasant! We stayed here but we also created friends here! Thanks Denise and Sonia for making our extended stay the best!
