Sheffield Meadowhall

We stayed here in May for one night. This is your usual premier inn, nice and clean and we got a lovely welcome on arrival. The stand out was the breakfast service. Great staff who cooked us porridge and poached eggs to order and generally made sure we had everything we needed. The staff make this hotel, a shout out to Angie for the delicious food and to Trevor and Christine K for the service.

Stay was average, everything as expected until Thursday evening, some staff were here covering the normal shift who made the stay much more enjoyable, atmosphere was great and the service was the best I’ve had all week! Big shout out to Lou, Rikki, Georgia and the chef Sam! Appreciated your friendly service and conversation :)

We stayed here due to an appointment at Sheffield Hallamshre Hospital but had a couple of hours in eadowhall in the afternoon we arrived. The location of the hotel was excellent and we were 100% happy with everything and believe me we have sampled many Premier Inns. It wa spotless and the staffwere all very friendly. Evening meal was excellent and the breakfast was what you expect with Premier Inn. We would certainly come again

We were going to a concert at the Utilita Arena and wanted a stay over which was near the Arena Plenty of free parking Restaurant on-site which had a good choice of food and was very cost effective Rooms was clean and comfortable, we were on the road side but the traffic was hardly audible once the window was shut Quick book in We were within a short walk of the Arena Definitely recommend and would definitely stay again

Stayed at the Meadowhall hotel for a Hockey event Good room and friendly staff Kieran stood out on the bar in the evening very knowledgeable about the area and friendly to all Perfect for any shopping trips or if your kids have sports events in the local area

Perfect location for Meadowhall shopping centre, arena and tram stop to to get you in Sheffield City Centre. Helpful staff, plenty of parking.

Overall comfortable, bathroom fan needs attention in 125 - very noisy and disturbing Ideally an option of a memory foam mattress topper would suit some Only 1 bath towel, generally ok but needed more in summer than winter , as likely to take showers more often Water pressure was a little low this time, compared to previous stays

Convenient location right next to Meadowhall shopping centre, easy 20 min walk on the flat to the arena. It was a really hot day and was disappointed that there was no air conditioning. Right next to a busy dual carriage way so couldn’t have the window open all night. Staff are friendly but bar and restaurant are really dated. Toilets next to reception really need decorating. Limited parking on site, car park was pretty much full when we arrived at 4pm. As there was an event on at the arena the price was over £200 for the night. The gig was great but I wouldn’t chose to stay here again if I come back to Sheffield.

Happy overall until 2am when the family directly above us came back. Stamping their feet, running the length of the room for a good hour. Told reception staff and they apparently went up, stopped for a little while and then again woken up by foot stomping. Was like the ceiling/floorboards were paper thin
