샤름 엘 셰이크, Sharm El Sheikh port 근처 호텔

Initially given a room with no balcony even though we paid extra for a balcony. Was moved to a room with no flushing toilet, no hot water from basin taps or shower! Periodically the water didn’t work at all! The bedding was filthy, the mattress unbelievably hard. Air conditioning didn’t work at all, live wires poking through walls, light fittings loose. The fridge did work though 👍🏼 Staff were friendly enough but still had to wait 20+ minutes for a drink, if the bar had any glasses to serve you with in the first place! Food was awful, I’d not feed my dog with it. Made several complaints to reception, nothing was done! Needless to say I paid for another hotel out of my own pocket as could not stay there longer than one night! Pretty much ruined our holiday as most of our spending money went on a new hotel. Will be pushing for a full refund from our booking agent. Please do not book at this hotel!

After my last visit in 2007, I read a lot of bad comments on this hotel. But don't believe the bad things you read! Excellent service! Excellent location! People are very friendly and do everything in their power to make your stay unforgettable. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned very well every single day! The food is good. Every meal has something for everyone. The chef's at the live coocking working hard to provide you a nice dish of their specialties. Whenever you have a request, if its at the reception, the pool or the restaurant, they help you in any way they can. We went out to Naama Bay a few times. Taxi service in the hotel. For only 10 euro they will bring you and pick you up again whenever you want. The beach is the best I ever had. Go into the sea at the jetties and you will find the most beautiful marine-life. Want to try diving? In the hotel is an excellent diving school. ANAR Dive Center. Bony and Jimmy, thank you for the great experience! Okey... not everything is glamourous! The singer in the evening could maybe expand his songs and sing-capabilities. The shops inside the resort did had their best years a long time ago. But you dont come to this hotel for the shops and the songs ;-) Amazing that, after 17 years the staff still remembered me! We did 3 sessions at the Spa but to be honest, thats a waste of money. They don't really know what they are doing... My wife's back was all blue and black and my back hurts for 3 days so better to avoid the SPA. To close my review, I want to recommend the Beauty salon!!! Alex did a wonderfull job on my wifes hair! She never had such a beatifull haircut as from Alex! We will return this September and all goes well, we will return twice a year.

The best hotel to stay in the hotel is nice, the specifications of the women are very nice, I met the best people in the world, the water games there are beautiful and the animation team really is very amazing and the food is very tasty and the rooms very clean

I stay 7 days in Amwaj for met my father after 10years I don’t met him! Food, swimming pools, rooms like a real 5 star hotel. The boys and girls involved in animation are very dedicated and passionate. Anya, the entertainment girl has always been very courteous and helpful and kind with every doubt and question. I highly recommend the place!! Negative note only for the DJ who was very rude.

It was my first time at Coral Sea Waterworld. We stayed for only 5 nights here, and I can say that it was the best hotel I have ever been to. I’m picky eater, but the food was lovely for me! The staff, waiter service, reception, etc, were super nice people, big thanks for them! And of-course I want to say thanks for Hotel animation team, they were incredibly friendly, full of energy, fun and really helpful!🩷

Never been to Egypt before and due to costs we came here as it was an all inclusive deal and the temperature was better than the canaries for the time of year. The hotel is lovely, not too big and plenty of pool space for all, if not there are sister hotels less than 5 minute walk away which facilities you can also use, both are right by the sea for amazing coral swimming and views of amazing fish in pristine clear waters. One sister hotel also has an amazing Spa with excellent sauna jacuzzi and great massages on offer to relax you further whilst on your break. The rooms are a little dated, due to the current unstable economic climate but the staff here worked non stop carrying out maintenance to the hotel, guest areas and all it's grounds constantly during our stay in an effort to keep things neat and tidy which they certainly were. We had a.minor issue with our room and within the hour our issue was resolved by the excellent Guest Relations Manager Natalie and even the Hotel Manager spoke with us and assured us of the steps he would take to resolve things, which we cannot fault at all, to be honest amazing customer service and instantly too. Thank you. The food was an acquired taste but there was enough variety at each sitting and we always found something, the choice and variety must be difficult to manage to cater for guests from around the globe. The weather was certainly better than the canaries and the staff at all hotels made our mid winter summer mini break an unforgettable visit and we felt very safe and secure always at all hotels. To summarise yes it's a little dated but the work ethic and staffs positive lovely attitudes towards guests made this a place and hotel we shall definitely be returning to and would recommend it as opposed to the Canaries, cost and weather alone you'll be onto a winner. I chose this resort as a bit of a last minute thing, as I wasn't sure that I would go abroad, giving the current political climate. There were absolutely no worries at all. Sharm el Sheik has unobtrusive security and I never felt in any danger during my stay. The Egyptian people appear to be very warm and friendly and most have fabulous smiles!!! What a beautiful hotel! I received the warmest most genuine welcome and my room was fantastic, with terrace, sea view, palm trees et al. My bed was kingsize and firm which really was the most comfortable for me. I loved the beach which catered for all tastes; lying on sun lounger, playing volleyball, learning dance routines for zumba, beachside cafe, snorkelling, scuba diving, paddling, football and so on. The sea is a beautiful blue/turquoise colour and is clear as glass. Snorkelling is a must. I learned to snorkel (am OAP) and cannot thank Abdu Mando Ezal enough, who is as handsome, fit, strong and patient as he is proficient at recognising safety issues and calming petrified old ladies down. What a star he is and a true asset to the hotel. Pay him more!!!! As a fully inclusive guest, my first two days consisted of eating like a starving hog; the food was beyond delicious and my greed got the best of me. The desserts are so sublime, you can just help yourself at the buffet. By the third day, I recognised that Slimming World were not going to be impressed, and I managed to manage myself a little better, by eating the beautifully prepared fresh fruit in the morning, a totally mixed salad at lunch and a proper meal in the evening. This diet suited me very well and I lost 6lbs in weight which pleased me immensely. The food was so varied and delicious that all tastes are catered for within the religious boundaries. The restaurant is very clean, hygienic and the staff are most friendly and helpful. I must give a shout out to the most excellent manager, Mr Sayed Khairy, who oversees Food and Beverages. Delightfully handsome, humorous and personable, he is very quick to attend to any enquiries or requests. His under manager Mohammed, works non stop ensuring the restaurant is running efficiently and well. The grounds are fabulous. The gardens are continuously maintained and the hibiscus were just starting to flower before I left. Manager Ayman Heikal oversees the grounds and they are a pleasure. At night time, they are all lit up like fairy world, so walking back to your accommodation on dark evenings is never an issue. The hotel arranged a free excursion around Sharm to see the sights and this was informative and most enjoyable. They have various excursions available through SUN at very reasonable prices and they do all they can to ensure that you have an awe-inspiring time. Whilst there, I visited Cairo by plane including Cairo Museum, Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Camel ride, Papyrus shop. I rode on Quad bikes including a show, another camel ride, excellent dinner.
