I'm so glad that I've chosen Solymar for my first visit of Sharm. The territory of the hotel is small, very beautiful and gives cozy feeling. I booked it for two days, but then decided to stay till the end of my holiday. The food was great, big thanks to all people who work in the kitchen and in the restaurant. The stuff of the hotel is very friendly and nice, especially Maher and Allah. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

We had the best time at Jaz Sharm Dreams, the room was comfy, the resort is large with different pools, all attended by life guards, and the atmosphere was super friendly with staff who were the best I've ever encountered on holiday. The main restaurant gets really busy, especially at dinner, but the servers work so hard to make it a nice experience. There's a programme for kids, which is more aimed at the younger ones, but my 7yo had a great time. We will definitely come back, and highly recommend it for families and people looking for a friendly holiday experience.

My wife and I have been going to this hotel ,on and off, for the last 20 years. It was built some 40 years ago and was owned and run by the Hilton group. 5 years ago it was sold and is now run by the Jazz Group . Note I say run by the Jazz Group not owned by them. Jazz is a management company on behalf of different owners.The hotel is in a superb position with a large beachfront and a short distance from the main center. The staff are the friendliest most helpful bunch of people you could want to meet. A special mention to Eid, Mohamad and the breakfast chef(who's name I never found out) from the restaurant and Diana from customer services. Now we come to the sad bit. I feel that since taking over the hotel the new owners have invested no money in it at all. The main door look did not work, the toilet seat was falling off. Both of those problems were sorted quickly. The bathroom door did not close properly due to 40 years of paint on paint. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the french door never ever closing properly It needs major investment in it ,not money sucked out of it. As a side issue the majority clients of the hotel and Sharm itself are Russian. Sharm is suffering from troubles of the past plus the effects of covid. Both the Hotel and the place itself need to do a lot,lot better or I fear for the place and the wonderful people who work there.

Lovely small hotel with most amazing staff you can only ask for. Service like in top 6start hotels. Everyone super friendly and very helpful always trying to be on top of the best service. Begging with simple things like opening doors and always smiley faces. Surprisingly not many other hotels has that too. Food I wood say average but always fresh and so many choices everyone can definitely find something for themselves. Bar and restaurant staff always friendly and not letting you carry even a cup of coffee, they will do it for you. Some little entertainment every night organised by super funny and attentive guy (forgot his name, something starting with B) 😜 Zakaria spa. Massage top top top. They fixed my shoulder with which I did have a problem from 2 years. English NHS couldn't help. 1 Egyptian massage magically sort it out. And I can't forget of course about taxi service, always available always on time, always super polite and professional. Taxi manager Mahmoud was always helping us to choose the best places to visit . Diver amazing, polite and always on time. Forgot his name too 🫣 We felt like celebrities...

Our second stay in Iberotel Palace was absolutely amazing. In Iberotel we feel like we are in our second home. The hotel's strongest point is its employees. Reception - very helpful and kind. Thank to Farouk we felt totally comfortable. We got the best room we liked and we had everything we needed to. Lobby bar - lobby bar is always a good idea to get some drinks and also fun. The whole team working there is always fabulous. A big big thank comes to Ahmed Ashour - Habibi if you read this we love you so much, you make our life better everyday on our vacay 🙂 Ahmed does the best drink and always trying to do his best and to exceed expectation. Beach - sandy, very nice, a lot of space and beds Pool and the bar - the most hardworking man Mohammed Ali did our days better everyday with best drinks and his perfect smile. Restaurant - food absolutely great and tasty, thank to staff for their hospitality We will come back again and cant wait to see everyone there. Big big thank again to everyone.

Были в отеле 1-5.11.2023 семьёй вчетвером. Всё очень понравилось,территория, сервис, уборка( спасибо Ахмеду), питание в отеле. Анимация для детей хорошая, аниматоры стараются , особенно Яна, видно, что практически всё держится на ней. Немного напрягает анимация от местных парней - грубовата, неуместные шутки, Территория чистая, зелёная, комаров и всякого рода живности нет. Пляж песчаный , с утра как новый , видимо рано утром всё приводят в порядок. Море мелкое, что удобно для детей. Рифа как такового нет, поплавать с маской ходили на частный пляж 3 доллара с человека в 10мин ходьбы в сторону отеля Baron, пляж находится за ним. Вот там риф так риф, просто супер и дайвингом заняться можно 30 долларов 15мин. Питание хорошее, разнообразное, повара молодцы. Крабы, морепродукты, тунец, манго, баранина всё было очень вкусно. Особенно понравилась кондитерка- фруктовые корзиночки с манго просто райское наслаждение 😌 Не понравился местный алкоголь и всякого рода спрайты(отдают хлоркой) коктейли из них никакие. Да и стаканы многоразовый пластик с закосом под стекло.Только в лобби баре стеклянные бокалы и стаканы. Многоразовый пластик после стольких людей как-то не очень, видимо из-за этого и хлорных напитков старший сын подхватил расстройство желудка. Платный мини бар в номере, что удивило. Выезд был поздним, освободили номер к 12:00 и пользовались всеми услугами отеля до позднего вечера. Продлить номер не удалось, так как отель находился на стопе, полное заселение номеров. Единственный минус отеля это пластиковые многоразовые стаканы для напитков!

호텔은 아름다운 정통 북아프리카 건축 스타일로 지어졌으며 주변에 나무가 있습니다. 수영장 지역과 해변 모두 좋았습니다. 음식에 대한 선택의 폭이 충분하며 취향에 맞는 것을 찾을 수 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 우리는이 호텔에서의 숙박을 정말 즐겼습니다. 개선해야 할 유일한 것은 Wi-Fi입니다.
