Hotel is massive. We had all inclusive stay. Price was very reasonable

服務特別好，入住時免費升級了房型。每一處的工作人員都熱情微笑，詢問有沒有需要幫助的地方。酒店有泳池，靠海邊。餐廳的食物種類很多。

Otelin konumu, denizi gerçekten çok güzel. Aynı hafta içerisinde başka bir otelde daha kalınca bölgenin otellerini ve hizmetini kıyaslamak için çok iyi oldu. Yemeklerin çeşitliliği az olduğu gibi lezzeti de vasattı. Temizlik konusuna gelirsek yan odamızın önündeki yemek tabakları 2 gün boyunca alınmadı. O sıcakta kurudu artıklar. Dolayısıyla 2 gün boyunca kaldığımız tarafa temizlik elemanları uğramadı bile. Odamız havuzun hemen yanındaki merkezi alanda yer alıyordu. Bir daha tercih edeceğim bir otel değil.

We have just returned from spending a month at the Concorde, we had an amazing time. A really relaxing beach holiday. The hotel has lots of room blocks and the grounds are large & beautifully maintained. The rooms are very nice and spacious, hot shower and room service each day. Lors of water for the room which has a fridge. The bathroom has a hairdryer and shampoo, conditioner & shower gel is provided. Rooms also have coffee/tea making facilities. The food is good overall and we never went hungry but being there for a month it became a bit repetitive. The boys on the egg & pancake station were always there with a smile each morning giving me a wave. The all inclusive package was very good and drinks were of good quality. But the highlight of the hotel are the staff, especially Waed & Mahmood Shiba, their service was absolutely outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Both have a great sense of humor & we had great fun with them. They looked after us so well both of them. There is an incline from the beach and also steps but there are buggy's and staff available should you want the use this service. The pool was cold but we didn't use it as we prefer the beach. The snorkeling is our of this world. We enjoyed it everyday, we saw large Napoleon Wrass, blue spotted stingray too may you mention. We booked trips with Ebra on the beach who was very reasonable and we had great fun with him. We went to White Island which is a day trip with lunch included & spent the day snorkeling at Ras Mohammed which was terrific. We also took a speedboat out to Tiran Island where we snorkelled & saw the dolphins. We went quad biking in the desert, camel riding, star gazing & saw a show with a meal included which was great. Booking with Ebra was cheaper than with the rep. There is entertainment most evenings and a singer each night which ch we thoroughly enjoyed, Sarah in particular was a lovely girl. When the entertainment finishes at 10pm there is the piano bar which is a lovely atmosphere which is open until 12 & a night club downstairs until late. They have competitions and karaoke on Wednesdays. We met Ali baba, who runs the shop on the beach who came to speak with us everyday, a nice guy. Also Nasser & Waheel the towel guys sorted our sun beds everyday. There is is a bar on the beach with a fantastic view but beware, about 6pm they spray for the mosquitoes and I got bitten quite badly. There is an Italian restaurant which is all inclusive but if you want al a carte you have to pay. Soho square is just across the road and is lovely but was very quiet. The airport is only 20 from the hotel. There was a variety of nationalities including Russian, Italian, Arabic and English. We met some lovely people and overall had a fantastic time. We would definitely return.

We went to Concorde in September 2023 and had the most amazing time. The hotel was beautiful, our room was pretty standard, comfortable bed and a great few of the garden from the balcony. The shower wasn’t the most powerful but it did the job! The room was always cleaned to a very high standard and we was provided with 2 large bottles of water each day. I have never been to a hotel where the food is to such a high standard. We always left meals with full belly’s and very satisfied. I actually preferred the food in the hotel compared to the local restaurants. There were different themed nights, Chinese being my favourite! It took us a while to figure out the entertainment which meant we went to Soho square most nights. However, there was a beach party that was incredible. We spent the evening dancing in the sand! I would recommend to get your drinks in before midnight as you have to pay afterwards even if you are all inclusive. There’s a great group of dancers that perform every night at 8.30pm where you eat your food! The location couldn’t have been better. We didn’t realise when we booked it that we were located 5 minutes away from Soho Square which is one of Sharm El Sheikhs most popular tourist spots. Many restaurants and gift shops. We weren’t far from any of the other locations. 10 minutes from Naama bay, 15 minutes from Old Market and about 25 minutes to Farsha. If you are planning on going to the desert for quad biking that is about a 20 minute drive too. Lastly, the staff were absolutely fantastic. I think they made the holiday that extra bit special. Every member of staff says hello and always have the biggest smiles. The bar staff at the pool bar went above and beyond to make sure my boyfriend and I were looked after. We would just show up at the bar and they would rush over with our regular order always ready to have a chit chat. They served delicious ice cream and the best Fanta!! Mohammed and Ahmed were always super kind to us. I would advise to bring a plastic bottle to the bar as they are always happy to fill it up with water which is super handy in that heat! If you are planning to visit Concorde I can tell you that you will have a brilliant time and it will be a holiday of a life time.

I was a bit concerned with some of the reviews but I guess we all have our own standards etc. We're still here but thought I'd get thoughts down.... I can only find a couple of flaws to be honest. The same guy sings every night and whilst he has an excellent voice it does get samey. Also be careful with hotel photographer as he over charged us after agreeing a price. Room- our room 5103 is perfect as I have mobility issues so I was 20m from the restaurant and only 30m from the main pool. It was comfortable clean and had air con. Restaurant- our waiters were superb- Mahmoud and Hany- although all helped me whilst getting food as I walk with a stick. We didnt have any problems with the food selection for any meals. Always hot or cold on the salad bar. The morning crepes and omelette were fab. My partners favourite meal in the evening was mince in a pastry. Pool- Aziz and his poolmen were fantastic. They raised the sunbed for me as i cant getup and down gracefully and they saved us these every day. Yes the pool is freezing and I mean freezing but it actually warmed up a little as our holiday progressed. I did aquafit every morning. The girls worked us hard! The pool bar chaps Mahmoud, Mustafa and Ahmed were also friendly and knew what we wanted after the first day. Pool bar food at lunchtime was hot dogs or burgers and chips but all freshly cooked. The beach is a few minutes walk down hill but on good paths or steps so was OK for me and my knees- just slowly. Same great service down on the beach from beach guys and bar. Visit Ali on his beach shop for all sorts of nicknames. We went on several trips between us- quadbiking, scuba diving and speedboat trip. All very good and a good price. Snorkellong in the middle of the sea on a reef near Tiran island was amazing. Ali Al- Husseini from Marine Divers helped us with our bookings and any questions we had. Find him and he'll give you a good deal. We didn't use the spa and once we told the guys we weren't interested they didn't bother us again. Also we didn't go to the other restaurants so cannot comment on those. Entertainment- lots going on all day subject to your preferences- aquafit, pirates, belly dancing, yoga, darts, salsa dancing to name a few. The dancing in the evenings was fab and the costumes amazing. Note that you will need to print your boarding passes off as the airport hasn't got digital capability. Reception were happy to help though. Weather was overcast first day but still warm and we did catch the sun. Then superb sunshine the rest of the 9 days.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, the staff couldn’t do enough to make your stay the most pleasant. Ahmed was very attentive, went out of his way to find a cigar shop on his break for us. The guys at mariner divers absolutely amazing very friendly and made the stay 10x better. Highly recommend anyone to stay you will not be disappointed.

We returned from Concord a few days ago and would like to leave my review about this unforgettable vacation. Thanks to the entire hotel team for the warm welcome, everyone from the reception to the room cleaners was very friendly and kind to us. Special thanks to the chefs for the Ukrainian borscht, it was very tasty, and also for the varied menu every day. Thanks to the bartender Qassem for excellent cocktails, thanks to Mego for the various selections of music in the nightclub (and a special ❤️ for Dorofeeva and Kazka), thanks to my lovely Sarah❤️for Darts, which will remain in my heart, thanks to the entire animation team for daily entertainment, music and shows . Great thanks to Wisam for deep massage, she is a really good professional, it was one of the best massage in my life. I definitely recommend visiting Safari and Diving, White Island. What an amazing place this is, everyone is so friendly, the 2 guys both called Mohamed are absolutely brilliant, as are their cocktails! Definitely service with a smile in vendom bar.Love it here and will definitely be back The rooms are lovely, very clean.Snorkelling is a must here.Beautiful place to visit.
