호텔은 충분히 좋습니다. 시내와 공항에서 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 근처에 좋은 현지 음식/시샤 장소가 있습니다.

The food was very good and every day there was a theme for dinner’s food. Me and my family really enjoyed staying in the hotel because the people are very nice and friendly. The animation team was just perfect and they were doing a lot of activities and because of them we had the best experience. I personally really loved the animation team. The hotel looks just like in the photos that are shown in the booking. The water slides are really fast. One of the slides is not that good because you can get stuck in it. Every day in the evening there was a mini disco mostly for kids but everyone who wants to dance can join. After the mini disco there were life singers and dancers. If you like to dance then you can dance every day.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The staff were amazing and very attentive. I can honestly say the best service I have received. The hotel is very clean. This hotel caters to everyone from families, couples and friends. They also have an amazing entertainment team led by Tony and Adam who will ensure you are having fun and have many activities to do. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm el Sheikh. 10/10!

I can't praise this resort enough , we had the best time ,the hotel staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you and always with a smile , always asking if you are ok and happy. I was so impressed with the animation team ,we were there for a week , me ,my partner and my son who is 13 , everyday all there were things going on for the children aswell adults ,lots of laughs ,games shows , we had a foam party on the beach which is just beautiful, my favourite night time entertainment were the traditional dancer and the electric violinist. The animation team were so down too earth and made sure everyone got involved or felt included they really were amazing , I met a lovely member of the animation team who I talked with alot with called destiny, what a gem she was I would come back just too visit her but like I said they were all equally as great The food was so nice ,lots of selection and different themes eveynight , we also went too the Indian restaurant there and it was lovely. The watermark was so fun and it was really safe and the life guards were so on it ! I watched a girl and her father come out of a slide not on the ring , they were absolutely fine but the life guard was called and waiting before they even came out the other end , they were also really friendly and happy too help I would also like too say how great the ladies were in the wellness centre , I had a full body treatment by a lovely lady ,I didn't catch her name but she didn't speak much English and that wasn't an issue at all as her kindness and how she treated me spoke volumes, also Nana was also someone I enjoyed speaking with. How the world is at the minute beautiful places like this need supporting and if you would love a really relaxed , safe and friendly holiday this is the place too book. We absolutely loved our time here ,thank you x

I have just come home from an amazing week at Coral Sea Waterworld. I went on holiday with my mum and another lady who has basically raised me. We wanted to go for a relaxing week after a hard year of work, we had this at more at this hotel. Accommodation: The hotel room we stayed in was beautiful. It had a big double bed, a single bed, a sofa bed, a balcony with a table and chairs, a big beautiful modern bathroom with a stunning shower. The room had basic facilities including a hair dryer, a fridge, a double wardrobe, drawers, kettle etc. There was a big flat screen tv mounted on the wall however there wasn't much English tv however that wasn't an issue as we didn't spend much time in the room. There is free wifi at the hotel but only for 2 devices but you can pay £10 to upgrade your wifi for 5 devices and this is paid at the end of your stay. the only issue we had with the room was the mosquitoes however that is not the hotels fault and they did spray the room with chemicals each time we requested. Every day we went in to see different towel art and this was the cherry on top. Food: The food was simply stunning. There's so much variety and is definitely something for everyone there, a kids corner, gluten free and a different theme each night. Additionally, there are. A La Carte restaurants however we did not try these. Staff: The staff at this hotel are out of this world. Nothing is too big an ask. They were all incredibly friendly. They made the three off us feel so incredibly welcome, we all individually said we would feel safe enough to return to this hotel by ourselves. We as a three made some lovely relationships/connections with the staff, from the lifeguards, the waiters, the TUI reps, the receptionists, the taxi man, the bartenders, the cleaners, the beauticians, but most importantly the animation hosts. All of the staff are very polite, encouraging and friendly. Facilities: There are so many facilities on site that leaving the complex isn't necessary. There's the water park with a snack/drinks bar, the heated pool with a pool bar (this is where the animation team normally are) there another pool behind this one which isn't heated, the beach is just down from the second pool again with a bar, there's a spa, kids club, tea garden (where the evening entertainment is) there's onsite shops and a pharmacy also. Animation: This would be my only little nit pick. I myself am an entertainer at Haven so I know the industry quite well and as I can appreciate the industry is hard and Egypt isn't as well off as England, the content of what they offer isn't great. However, the animation team themselves are amazing people who clearly love their job and are passionate about what they are doing. So although the content isn't great, it truly is all about the team. The team are what make the entertainment what it is. I personally made good connections with Abozaid, Adham and Destiny. These were the three animation hosts who really stood out to me.

This hotel is spacious and clean just needs upgrading, we went in January and was very quiet. Never once did you have to queue are wait for anything. Even the water park. The staff were so helpful it’s untrue. They are always smiling and polite. The cleaner was really good and did his best! you can’t clean worn areas,only downside was the patio windows was filthy and stayed like that all 10 days? Food was good main restaurant had plenty of choice! with 3 other restaurants which you had to book, Italian, steak, and Asian. Drinks were ok! There is a spar onsite so you get hassled to take a massage around the pool so we ended up with a full package 2x Scrub massage Full massage Hot stone massage Not worth the money but enjoyable. £250.00 English 2x foot massage with toes tidy £50.00 English Cut throat shave 15.00 English. There is a jetty going out to sea worth a walk you see lots of fish. There’s lots of sport activities on the beach. On-site water park never have to wait or queue for slides. Lots of trips to book and deffo worth the money.

Stayed 10 days over Christmas. The hotel and staff have made this an amazing holiday to remember. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and always on hand to help. The animation staff especially Oner were so welcoming and the range of entertainment and activities that they offered was fantastic and made the trip extra special. The range of themed nights every day was good. Oner checked in with us everyday and encouraged us to participate in activities. The children enjoyed the waterworld lots of rides some are fast. Booked with TUI done 4 excursion and explored the city. All the guides were knowledgeable and great. Really enjoyed the a la carte restaurant the Indian was exceptional. Enjoyed the spa on Christmas days and throughly enjoyed great facilities. I highly recommend this hotel it was a 5* services. As a mother with 2 children at 16 & 9. They really missed this place already

Having to resubmit this as my first one was removed I wonder why I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO SOME RESEARCH ON THIS HOTEL ... MORE TO THIS HOTEL THAN WHAT PRESENTS ITS SELF AT FACE VALUE AVOID AT ALL COSTS Upon arrival was given a non requested room Not clean in need of some renovation but we made do as it was a struggle to get anything from the management they dont really want to help just make excuses and fob you off...very unprofessional.. Hotel itself is okay but my main concern was how we was treated there Unless you tip frequently dont expect much in the terms of waiters or drinks You will be ignored or made to wait an eternity The main incident happened the beach where a server aggressively slid a plate of food toward me and my family and in which the plate fell off the side hit me and missed my 1 year old daughter you can imagine my disgust ,other holiday makers were horrified And made clear that he should not be serving and need to be fired as it was not the first incident that day I was then approached by member of hotel staff that proceed to place hands on me and try to escort me away as if I was the offending party To which I did lose my cool and tell them abruptly to move away from me and not to touch me and my family again ....I left to diffuse the situation And seek help from a tui rep Who proceed to tell me I must have done something wrong We Egyptian dont just behave this way and proceed to start shouting at me because I didnt like his attitude Disgusting behaviour would never return to any coral resort Nor would I ever fly with tui Absoluey shocking That they felt a £100 voucher would make up for the abysmal treatment we received on holiday We left a bag full of creams and stuff for new arrivals they may not have nothing it was quickly taken away by a member of staff Apparently if you tip staff they will give certain People to this said property They are all on the take I appreciate they worm hard for not much pay But this was appalling Says it all really Management dont care Have not once responded to my emails Life guards can be aggressive towards children I witnessed a few upset children I get they have a responsibility to keep people safe but not to the point the screaming at children and making them upset Food was okay at best Evening entertainment what there is of it is non existent Shops on site are ridiculously over priced Overall would not return To this hotel but will be returning to sharm el sheikh in December for hopefully a better experience as I love the county and have have wonderful holidays previously I strongly suggest you do your homework on this hotel ON ASSULTS ON GUESTS

we arrived 13th december for 7 nights and what a place rooms were spotless everyday entertainment team where great fun weather was awesome for december and last but not least ahmed the king bar man we was never without a drink morning and night. he never stopped asking if we wanted another. he was also so kind the kids always getting them a drink even tho they never asked what a bloke we will be back as the hotel did everything for us as a family especially the waterpark that was wicked so see u soon thanks tom
