Though the hotel was very old ( I mean the renovation had been made like 6 or 8 years ago) I liked the service and the variety of food. And the beach was amazing. 1. I liked that there were several small restaurants outside and both food and drink were free and limitless. 2. The animators were good and friendly (though I'd like the programs to get started at 9 p.m not 9:30) 3. Special thanks to Islam , the manager if the restaurant and the director of food and beverage for his kindness and being so attentive (I mean I have an allergy and he was so attentive that he noticed how I was wondering around to look some food without spices etc.). Thanks to him to consider all my suggestions. Also special thanks to another Islam who worked in the restaurant and also very kind and attentive. Thanks for always being there to help and answering all the questions that I asked about Egypt. I'd also like to give special thanks to Hasheem (our room cleaner) . Just some minor suggestions: Try not to add to much spices, and write on the tablets if the food is spicy , also if the sweets are with peanuts, mention that. Thank you!

We went to B****lo Sharm for my birthday and I can tell that it was my best birthday ever!!! Whole week I was treated like a queen, literally. 1)All of the staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, careful and helpful. A big thank you to the animation team, Guys you are fantastic!!! Every day there were different activities, we had sooooo much fun. 2) The food was absolutely delicious. Ahmed(pasta guy)your pasta is unforgettable. Big choice of vegetarian options, desserts. You will be surprised how they decorate the buffet tables. 3) Rooms. Very clean, tidy and comfortable. Also, every day when we were coming back, we would find a different cute decoration on our bed 4) The Beach is very clean and water is the clearest I have ever seen. ( Bech bar and the main bar gus, super professional and patient) In summary. At this hotel you will find everything what you like. If you want just relax, you will find the place for you to. Special thanks for the magical view from the balcony. I would recommend it to everyone!!! Unforgettable holiday

We had an amazing stay. Although the property is a bit outdated the atmosphere overall was fantastic. Very pleasant and engaging staff, wonderful facilities , food was good also but it could do with more varieties. Sharm is amazing and we looking forward to go back.

Barcelo was an amazing hotel to stay at in Sharm El Sheikh. The staff were very warm and generous. They consistently went the extra mile to make my partner and I feel welcome. I celebrated my birthday here and as soon as Basem found out, he arranged a little cake with a candle and the staff sang as well for me. I would definitely recommend. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff and especially Mostifa, Basem, Hassar and Mahmoud at the restaurant and bar. We spent a week here and at the end we did not want to leave! Hope to be back soon.

Want to improve staff communication skills

The facility is a little old, but the housekeeping was well cleaned. I was able to have a comfortable stay. Especially, the meals from Christmas to New Year were wonderful every day, and the buffet at the main restaurant was also rich in variety. Every food was very luxurious and delicious. Also I really enjoyed sweets and wonderful cakes lined up. The warm sea with coral reefs was able to swim until the end of the year except on windy days and I really enjoyed a lot of beautiful fish. There are some areas that you cannot enter in order to protect the coral reefs, but there is no problem because you can swim from the swimming area. I think the staff's attitude to protect the coral reefs is a wonderful initiative to protect the environment. The animation team during the Christmas holidays was also great and we enjoyed a special show every day. They were all always smiling and friendly, especially Miss Aigerim were always friendly with her nice smile, which made us always happy. Thank you for your wonderful stay!
