전반적으로 개선해야 할 부분이 많습니다. 관리 직원은 서비스 감각이 없습니다. 이름은 Ceng Forest Hot Spring Hotel입니다. 주어진 과일은 썩었습니다. 식당에서 식사를 하던 중 접시에 벌레가 떨어져서 다시 튀겨달라고 했더니, 처음에는 인정하지 않고 뒤돌아서 주방에 들어갔다. 내가 잘못해서 미안해. 작은 정사각형 수건은 노란색의 큰 조각일 뿐이며 욕실에는 고리가 없습니다. 리더는 당신이 그것을 어떻게 다루고 싶은지에 대한 태도로 문제를 다룬다.

호텔은 무료 픽업 및 드롭 서비스를 제공하고 체크인시 객실을 업그레이드했습니다. 프런트 데스크에서도 투명하고 공정한 가격으로 다양한 여행 서비스를 제공하므로 매우 편리합니다. 아침 식사 시간에는 웨이터들이 주도적으로 자리를 찾고, 물건을 줍고, 아이들을 돌보는 일을 도왔고 매우 배려심이 깊었습니다. 머무는 동안 웨이터가 물 가져오는 것을 잊어버렸습니다. 웨이터가 적극적으로 사과하고 다음날 아침 식사로 견과류 접시를 주었습니다. 또한 쉐샹에 가져갈 간식 준비도 도와주었습니다. 정말 도움이 되었습니다. 정오에 스키장에서 돌아왔습니다. Xuexiang에 가고 싶었는데, 식사할 시간이 전혀 없었습니다. 셋째 날 아침 식사 때, 레스토랑 매니저는 우리가 호텔을 떠난다는 사실을 알고 특별히 간식을 준비했고, 딸이 요구르트를 마시고 싶어한다는 것도 기억했습니다. 이 호텔의 서비스는 기대 이상이었고 매우 깊은 인상을 남겼습니다. 적극적으로 추천합니다.

The location was perfect and near to restaurants and supermarket! The room was really clean and we were confused with breakfast time and went down 9am when the breakfast finished but they allow us to get in to have some food before we set off. Very kind staffs!

We arrived quite late at the hotel. Did not really use the facility or explore around the hotel. The room was good.

The hotel room is big and clean. But the weakness is less hanger or even no hanger are provided in the hotel room for hanging clothes and towel purposes. So, this should be improved immediately. The choices of breakfast are still considered ok especially I like the noodle soup (关东煮）. Last but not least, luckily there is a small karaoke bar beside the hotel for us to spend our evening leisure time. Otherwise, we sure will feel super boring.

Amazing hotel for services provided. Room was spacious and clean and staff gave us a free fruit platter + yoghurt on first day. Hotel gave us free shuttle to the train station (at any time we wanted). They arranged our ski day for us, at no additional cost and also at any time we wanted. This included transport to and fro the resort, ski pass + board/boots rental for 70RMB for 3 hours (original price written at the resort was more than triple) (we extended additional 3 hours, but slightly more troublesome as we had to go back to the resort entrance and return our ski pass and get another one). Clothes/helmet/gloves/turtle cushion rental available for additional cost. Only preference would be for them to offer a full day pass at the same discounted rate. Seems like most tourists go just to experience a couple hours and take photos so 3 hours would be enough for them. Hotel also has a few good restaurants around it. 铁锅炖/mala/etc. There was also a tanghulu stand somewhere around there which had the best tanghulu we had on the trip (fruits were frozen enough to be slushie, but not too hard that cannot bite through). Only downside of hotel is that breakfast was very meh, but at least there is breakfast.

The location is very remote, which might be ideal for those seeking a quiet getaway. However, the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. There was even a curled hair stuck on the body wash bottle, which was unpleasant. That said, the surrounding environment was quite nice and peaceful. We needed to leave early in the morning and had requested breakfast from the front desk in advance. Unfortunately, it seemed the staff couldn’t wake up early enough to prepare it for us, which was disappointing. While the setting is appealing, the cleanliness and service need significant improvement.

An overall satisfied and great experience staying here. The hotel decorated our room when we requested as it was my child’s birthday. Good range of food for breakfast buffet. Took us 15 minutes via cab with didi app to get to the skiing resorts like Xindiwei and Sun Mountain. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby this hotel if you feel like trying something else. Lots of activities for the tourists nearby.

Spacious and clean. Hope that the breakfast can have more western varieties to cater to kids.

Service was good. The breakfast was good. A lot of varieties but the only thing is that the food was cold, all the container were open. But in general it was good.

Amazing experience. Our hotel room was large, and they prepared a birthday presentation for my girlfriend. Breakfast was delicious and would definitely stay here again. Amazing experience!
