2nd round staying in this hotel. I gotta take my hats off to Mr KIMI, the Operations Mgr. He was very helpful, friendly n humble, he went above n beyond his role. He must train his subordinate to be like him. Not answer every Q with " I dont know or go the subway station to check on tpt". This is more so for foreigners like me who cannot speak n read Mandarin well. The other staff is the lady in the restaurant who cleans the table. She was also very helpful. So becos of these 2 personnel, I would rate this hotel 4/5.
