호텔 메르세르 세비야(Hotel Mercer Sevilla)

This wonderful boutique hotel is perfectly placed for exploring Sevilla. The building itself is an old palace, and maintained beautifully. Our room was spacious and bright, and had every comfort we could want. There is a rooftop area with refreshments and a small pool, and the breakfast they offered was tasty and a great way to start a day of exploring this incredible part of Spain. Whether you are going out for Tapas, a flamenco show, or to view the Moorish architecture, everything is a short walk from the hotel. We were so glad we chose to stay there, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Sevilla.

Le petit déjeuner était très basique aucun choix œufs mauvais mal préparés personnel tout juste aimable. La veille de notre départ nous avons demandé à ce qu’un majordome fasse nos bagages pour gagner du temps. il nous a été répondu que ce service n’était pas proposé dans l’hôtel Nous ne reviendrons pas pour la prochaine feria

A lovely small , boutique hotel with just 11 rooms that puts customer service at the very top of the agenda . A great central location which allows you to walk everywhere . Customer care and service is superb with Sergio being one on the most attentive people we have had the pleasure to deal with and lots of lovely little touches that elevates it from just good to excellent . Highly recommended

We absolutely loved this hotel. The design is gorgeous, and our room was huge, beautiful, and comfortable. The service was impeccable even from before we arrived. We had a few questions in advance of our stay, and everything was answered immediately and with a (virtual) smile. The service at the hotel was personal and pampering with classy touches like free drinks at the bar and full accommodation of special food requests. And of course the location is incredible. We would definitely recommend a pampering stay at the Mercer Hotel to anyone visiting Sevilla!

We arrived in the evening to be told there was no restaurant, food brought in from outside was always cold. This is not a 5 star hotel more like 3 star. Why could they not email to tell us they did not provide food? We booked weeks ahead.

Teníamos una expectativas altas pero las ha superado con creces. Era una ilusión de mi pareja, fraguada de tiempo, porque al ser de Sevilla parece que no es lógico disfrutar de sus servicios hosteleros, sin embargo en nuestro caso no es así. Nos encanta poder vivir esa experiencia y tenemos criterio para poder recomendar a amigos de fuera. Ha sido uno de los mejores lugares en los que hemos estado.

If you are looking for the best hotel in Seville, look no further!! Five stars in every way. Firstly, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The aesthetics, the comfort, the cleanliness, and the decoration are all perfect. Secondly, the service is unparalleled. Sergio, Alfonso, and Silvia could not have taken better care of us and we are so grateful to them! Before we even arrived, the hotel reached out to assist with booking restaurants, entertainment, and to ask about allergies. After a long day of travelling, we were greeted with a huge smile and a refreshing glass of Cava. There are few rooms in the hotel (although the hotel itself is luxurious and spacious) so the attention and personalized service are fantastic. We were also able to enjoy the rooftop pool essentially privately with a bottle of Cava gifted by the hotel. The location is also amazing and again, we can’t say enough how gorgeous the hotel is and how incomparable the service is. We have stayed in a lot of excellent hotels and the Mercer stands out as one of the best of the best. Do not hesitate to book and we can’t wait to return!

The staff was amazing. They assisted us in finding two of the best restaurants on our month holiday between Portugal and Spain. The breakfast was fantastic with every option you could want and first class service. The hotel is an old mansion that was converted so elegant and quaint with only 11 rooms. Thus, the staff knew you by name which was a really nice touch. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Seville is a breath taking city and The Mercer was the perfect launch point for our adventures. The staff are exceotional, the lobby is breathtaking, the rooms are beautiful and the rooftop pool sparkling. It is not a cheap hotel but if you can afford it it is worth it and the staff will do everything they can to make your stay special.
