Very good value, room and common areas always clean. Room cleaned daily with new towels. Room had aircon, hair drier, toiletries, extra blankets, safe, minimal furniture. Bed was firm, but comfortable and pillow was good quality. We slept well. Bathroom had a full bath with shower over. Hot water was always available. Roof terrace was great, had a lovely view, seats, fresh towels to use and a plunge pool. Reception had a fridge with drinks, tea and coffee to buy for €1. All staff spoke English and were friendly. Breakfast was good value for money, was your typical Spanish affair and didn't change over the 4 days we stayed. There were 3 hot options: frankfurter sausages, Spanish omlette and baked beans. Cold options included bread to toast, jams/preserves/honey, cereals, yogurt, tinned fruit, 3 cakes and a croissant, 2 cheeses, 3 cold meats, coffee, tea, 2 fruit juices. Everything was good quality, but samey. All was self service. Dinning area wasn't over crowded. They had 2 breakfast service times, which was a good idea to stop crowding. Hotel was a 15 minute walk into the center through narrow cobbly streets. You need GPS/map on your phone to find it. Hotel was in a quiet area. Nearby is a Lidl. There was a nice bar/restaurant called the Pelicano in the square. Be warned all tapas seemed to come with chips. The rioja red wine was delicious. The bus from Seville airport (ea line) was parked outside airport and cost €4. We got off at Santa Lucia train station and walked 10 minutes to the hotel. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. Maybe have breakfast elsewhere if you stay longer than 4 days.
