Receptionist are kind and welcoming. But, I got mislead by the ratings. I often stay at hostels, so I’m used of places that aren’t fancy or super clean. I don’t care if it’s old, which this hotel is, but I like to have some cleanliness and hot water. When you enter the area where the rooms are, you immediately smell an old ”smoke smell”. Don’t know if it was allowed to smoke in the hotel back in time, but some sort of smell is always in the background. The first thing I see is a silverfish on the bathroom floor. There is old limescale, some of it turned brown, over the faucet in the sink and in the shower cabinet and the shower head (there was black dust or ash, I honestly don’t know, at the top of the shower cabinet + old hairs). Bathroom door can't close because the wood at the bottom is damaged. After you’ve flushed, the water is dripping. Managed somehow to make it stop the next day. You hear other guests taking showers, flushing, snoring. Had to wait 20 minutes for hot water in the shower. Many furnitures are damaged.
 There is no elevator so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage. You can’t pay the city tax with card, only cash, they told me they don’t want to pay the card trasmission fee. Didn’t get a receipt of it. This hotel needs a good makeover. If that's not possible, start with a deep, deep clean. Try get rid of the smell, change old carpet in the main area, change old lamps in room+bathroom. Get rid of towels with yellow stains. Clean remote control.

It was a lively time at this hotel, the transport si very close to the location and in just 20 minutes you can get into the city centre. The staff was lovely and very friendly. I stayed in a single room, plenty space and just about right. However, one thing to mention, the shower cabin was minuscule, very difficult for me to take a shower. The cabin was probably really tiny and very hard to take a shower in. The breakfast was vast and plenty of food. Overall, a really nice experience! I recommend!

We had a good time staying at Nuovo Rondò. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Although it appears far from central Milan, there’s the M1 train service that runs frequently and the journey takes about 25 minutes; the Sesto Rondò station is walking distance from hotel. Also near the hotel is a patisserie, gelato shop, and the Il Gigante supermarket, which was very convenient. I felt safe in the neighbourhood. Thank you for the room!

No lo catálogo como Hotel , si no pensión , cuidado , se nos asignó una habitación junto a la rección, sin agua caliente y todo el ruido y conversación de la rección , protestamos y con mala educación y falta de profesionalidad nos contestaron que era el precio económico 110€ por noche , cuando no esistia categoría de precios en la web , al final nos cambiaron a una mejor 2 piso sin ascensor , muy descontentos por el trato . La habitación numero 200 , con etiqueta en la puerta adhesiva , nada que ver con la foto de la web .

Katastrophales Hotel! Beim Bezug des Zimmers war die Toilette gut sichtbar nicht gereinigt. Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes wurden die Zimmer nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt, so dass das Zimmer nie sauber war. Das Zimmer war so klein, dass man nicht mal den Koffer am Boden öffnen konnte. Die Dusche war winzig, so dass man sich beim Duschen immer angestossen hat. Meistens kam nur kaltes Wasser. Der Duschstrahl war so schwach, dass man kaum die Seife abwaschen konnte. Das Schloss der Zimmertüre liess sich nur sehr schwer öffnen und obwohl ich es an der Rezeption gemeldet hatte, wurde es nicht repariert. Die Rezeption war nur sehr spärlich besetzt und man musste manchmal durchs ganze Haus rennen, um jemanden zu finden, der zuständig war. Das Frühstück war miserabel. Am ersten Tag waren der S*****en und die Bananen verdorben. Das meiste war nur abgepackt. Es gab nie frisches Brot, nur Toastbrot. Die meiste Zeit war jedoch der Toaster kaputt, so dass man das Toastbrot nicht mal toasten konnte. Die Früchte waren insgesamt zu alt, um sie noch essen zu können. Die Tischdecken im Frühstücksraum wurden nie gewechselt, so dass man vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag immer dieselben Flecken darauf gesehen hat. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte absolut nicht. Die Nacht hat 225 Euro gekostet, nur weil zu dieser Zeit Möbelmesse in Mailand war. Dies war für die Zustände im Hotel deutlich zu teuer.

Bagno microscopico doccia così stretta che io cicciottella ci sono entrata a spinta. Arredi retro anni 70. Un po' tutto squallido. Arredi letto bagno, niente colazione non la servono da anni, hanno scritto che ho cancellato la prenotazione ma non è vero e posso testimoniare xche ho fatto foto

Non ho modo di valutare la struttura perchè alla fine non sono riuscita a pernottarci, ma posso valutare il servizio. Pessimo! Dopo aver confermato via email e con una settimana di anticipo prenotazione di una stanza, ero in attesa degli estremi per il pagamento. "Grazie mille per avermi contattato, se mi dà conferma le invio il link per il pagamento della camera" - "Confermo, Grazie". Nonostante gli scambi di mail, gli estremi per il pagamento non arrivano. Scrivo. Non rispondono. Telefono, mi dicono che è tutto OK e che mi scriverà il titolare appena arriva. In tutto ciò, siamo al giorno prima dell'arrivo. Mi arriva mail che mi avvisa che la stanza non è più disponibile, e che ce n'è una con posti letto in più e quindi più costosa. Chiedo di verificare, che forse fanno confusione con le prenotazioni e che la stanza occupata è probabilmente a mio nome. Nulla. Per pura fortuna ho trovato altra sistemazione in zona e alla stessa cifra che mi avevano proposto qui. Dispiace per la poca serietà di una piccola struttura di quartiere che avrei volentieri supportato.
