사피로 팰리스 안드라츠(Zafiro Palace Andratx)

전반적으로 좋은 호텔이지만 확실히 5성급은 아니며 가격이 비쌉니다. 우리가 가진 방이 정말 좋았다는 말로 시작하겠습니다. 우리는 개인 수영장이 있는 방을 이용했는데 방이 매우 넓고 침대도 편안했습니다. 불행히도 개인 수영장은 난방이 되지 않았고 매우 추웠습니다. 또 다른 단점은 하우스키핑이 매우 엉망이었다는 것입니다. 때때로 그들은 우리에게 새 수건을 주기도 하고 때로는 그렇지 않기도 했습니다. 어느 날 수영장 수건이 없어서 요청했는데 수건이 오지 않았습니다. 그리고 때로는 바닥을 닦을 때 먼지가 남을 때도 있습니다. 직원들은 5성급 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다. 다시 한 번 매우 히트하고 그리워했습니다. 어떤 날은 아침 식사 때 따뜻한 음료를 원하느냐는 질문을 받았지만 어떤 날은 그렇지 않았습니다. 서비스도 미소로 전달되지 않았습니다. 로비에 앉지 않고 환영 음료를 마시면서 내내 책상에 서 있어야 했기 때문에 체크인 과정이 이상했습니다. 음식은 전체적으로 꽤 나빴습니다. 어느 날 우리는 너무 딱딱해서 잘라낼 수 없는 피자를 주문했습니다. 채식 식사의 선택도 매우 제한되어 있습니다. 일부 레스토랑에는 채식 메인 옵션이 하나도 없었습니다. 어떤 방을 얻을지 조심하세요. 우리 방은 주차장이 내려다보이는 점이 마음에 들지 않았지만 다른 방은 호텔 통로 바로 앞에 있어서 프라이버시가 없었고 다른 방은 앞에 거대한 그물이 있었기 때문에 더 좋은 방 중 하나였습니다. 골프 코스. 호텔은 아름다운 해변과 가까웠고 선베드 비용은 하루 16유로였습니다. 돌아오는 길에는 가파른 언덕을 올라야 한다. 언덕 위로 버기 서비스를 제공하는 것이 좋았을 것입니다. 호텔은 또한 탐색하기가 매우 어렵습니다.

바다의 아름다운 전망을 갖춘 멋진 호텔. 훌륭한 수영장과 다양한 레스토랑. 수영장이 있는 방은 놀라웠고 매우 편안했습니다. 나의 유일한 비판은 방의 청소가 엉성했지만 호텔의 나머지 부분은 깨끗하다는 것입니다. 게다가 시즌이 끝나가고 있었고 음식도 구할 수 없고 즐길 거리도 거의 없거나 전혀 없는 것 같은 느낌이 들었습니다. 나는 일년 중 다른 시기에 돌아오고 싶다

One of the best all-inclusive vacations ever. The price/quality ratio is just right. The service and staff are truly excellent, and the accommodation was top-notch in every aspect. In short, highly recommended.

Stayed at the Zafiro Palace Andratx for 7 nights with my wife and 1 year old son. Went for Zafiro Club penthouse suite with plunge pool, this did not disappoint. Room was fantastic in a great quiet location of the hotel, cleaned daily and modern. The hotel staff and food were absolutely outstanding and I could not fault anything during our stay. They were attentive to our needs and were fantastic with our 1 year old, thank you. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly revisit with my family.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel and particularly the food in every one of the four restaurants. We were all inclusive and the choice of food and drink within that arrangement was excellent. Good for golf as nearest course is only 200m away. The beach is a 10 minute walk and the bay has excellent, clean sea swimming.

The most wonderful hotel. This was our third visit and we love the hotel more every time we visit. The attention to detail from all the staff is amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel I could not fault. Despite the hotel being large, it never feels busy, due to the different levels and number of swimming pools and also the layout of the rooms. The food, again I could not fault and the a la carte restaurants were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot wait to visit Zafiro Palace Andratx again later in the year.

Excellence is what I call this Amazing Resort!! The staff was personal, attentive and intentional! The food was presented and not just served! It was the absolute best in class!!

We stayed 5 days in april in this Zafiro hotel. Is a very relaxed and quiet hotel with high standard. Our 5 year old doughter had a great time in the kids club. Special thnx to Natalia for the good cares and nice activities: drawing, painting clay, glitter tattoo ! There is al small playground onsite And a kidsmenu in all restautants The hotel is perfect for small kids, for older kids maybe other zafiro hotels are more suitable. Breakfast and dinners are really good, with italian, asian and steak specialties. Swimmingpools are heated so already in april we could swim outside. For drinks and bites there are food trucks available at he pools. There are lots of pools ( also adult only) Staff and personal is superfriendly Surely we go back soon

We found our stay at Zafiro Palace absolutely flawless from start the finish. It is absolutely beautiful, stunning views all around and a short walk to the beach - albeit up hill on the way back. It really is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the one bedroom suite with private hot tub and it was lovely. Huge living space, shower was amazing and bed was huge and so comfortable! There is a beach bag and beach towels, robes and slippers to use too. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Always cleaning staff around and all very friendly and clearly very good at their job. Infact, all of our interactions with staff here was fabulous, all really friendly and helpful. We ate at all the restaurants here bar the Italian. All were lovely, service fantastic and really lovely food and drinks. The blue Lounge bar is great, lots of choice on the drinks menu and again staff really helpful and pay attention to detail. The pool areas are all exceptionally clean, the service from the trucks brilliant too. The breakfast buffet was by far the best I think I’ve ever seen - the choice and selection was simply wow, and all fresh beautiful food, and again amazing service! Same goes for the evening buffet, so good! All in all, we were so happy with our stay here and we plan to return with our kids. Well done to all the staff here for making this a truly wonderful place to stay. We will be back
