Villa Temenio is a modern, elegant and comfortable villa, recently built, designed with good taste and attention to detail.
The property has a private access from the road through an automated gate, is completely fenced and is located in a 2 ha olive grove, with a garden and orchard. Indoor parking.
The villa consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a storeroom, for a total of 130 square meters. A baby bed is available on request.
The main entrance opens onto a spacious living room, with comfortable sofa for comfortable relaxation and a ceramic fireplace. Adjacent to the dining area there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The view on the ancient medieval village of Sermoneta is unique, enchanting and unforgettable! All around there are the Lepini mountains, the necropolis of Carbolino and the abbey of Valvisciolo, which contribute to give a great sense of serenity and privacy.
