There are many shops and restaurants near the hotel. Limited food at breakfast but they are all tasty though. They also served bluerries and strawberries which I feel is very generous of them.

Bedsheets and towels are not very clean and smells. The food variety for breakfast is very limited but tasty. Overall it is just a descent place to stay due to its location.

The hotel is located besides a supermarket, which is convenient if you need to grab something. Also, few food court around the hotel made it a good choice.

It's a very basic hotel with limited amenities, but it's extremely convenient with supermarkets, chemists, restaurants and laundrettes all downstairs. It's suitable for short stays, though the hotel breakfast isn't recommended.

Aircond got problem noisy and cannot swing just drop but maintenance man come and stick to one direction. No extra pillow. Location near to Empurau Farm. Feel safe as we can look down to the reception from our room.

It was our first time checking in at Roxy Serian. Overall, the hospitality was great, even though there were some small incidents that happened during our check-in. Luckily, the FO staff immediately offered to change our room. The staff members are very helpful and friendly, which is so important when you’re working in the tourism field. Regarding the room, it was okay. Maybe the maintenance team should always check the air conditioning units, specifically. Also, the room could use a little bit of touching up. The breakfast? It was superb! Especially the laksa and nasi goreng. Nice work, F&B team! It was a pleasant stay, and I will definitely come again in the future. Worth every penny. Thank you, Roxy! ✨🥰
