호텔은 도시에 좋은 위치에 있으며 Google지도에서 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다. 호텔 직원은 매우 친절하고 의상자를 도울 준비가되어 있으며 호텔 지역은 내부와 외부에서 매우 깨끗합니다. 또한이 호텔은 쇼핑 센터 근처에 있습니다.

Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

The standard room is very small, barely place to walk to the other side of the bed. But we keep coming bed because we feel comfortable every time we stay here with reasonable price. They also have 24 hours gym, and have billiard table, free tea and coffee at the lobby, located in DP Mall, so its very easy to buy things or grab a food. Use mobile apps to unlock the door to the room, so it's easier, no need to find access card whenever want to go to the room

우리는이 호텔이 부드러운 개장 과정에 있음을 이해하지만 많은 문제가 우리를 실망 시켰습니다. 수영장 및 체육관은 아직 준비되지 않았습니다. 메인 스트리트 및 다음 건물을 내려다 보는 10 층의 3 개의 수 페리 어 & 디럭스 룸에 1 박을 머물 렀습니다. 공항에서 약 20 분 거리에있는 DP 몰 앞 메인 스트리트에 위치하고 있습니다. 주차 공간이 매우 제한되어 있으므로 호텔 외부에 차를 주차하려면 발렛 서비스를 사용해야합니다. 에어컨이 꺼 졌기 때문에 복도가 너무 뜨거웠습니다. 재고가 없기 때문에 1 개의 방 키 카드 만 받았습니다. 주요 문제는 방 번호 1003의 담요와 침대 시트 안에 긴 머리카락이 많이 발견되었고 방 번호 1011의 바닥에 짚을 사용했다는 것입니다. 집 관리는 제대로 청소하지 않았으며 이전 손님 후에 담요 시트를 변경하지 않은 것 같습니다. 객실 내 무료 WIFI 연결이 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는 인도네시아 및 서양식 모두 선택 가능합니다. 호텔 직원은 정중하고 친절했습니다.

좋은 호텔. 세마랑에있을 때 가장 좋아하는 호텔. 비즈니스에 좋고 가족에게 좋습니다. 모든 것이 좋고 완벽한 시설, 잘 작동합니다. 간단하지만 맛있는 아침 식사. 작은 수영장, 놀이터는 덥고 비가 와서 큰 전기 변압기에 가깝기 때문에 어린이 친화적이므로 인덕션은 상당히 놀랍습니다.

방 사진을 찍는 것을 잊어버렸지만 인터넷에 있는 방과 매우 유사합니다. 2명이 숙박할 수 있을 만큼 넓고 기능적이며, 도착하면 적절하게 청소되어 있으며 매우 큰 창문이 있는 발코니가 있어 많은 것을 얻을 수 있다는 점이 마음에 듭니다. 자연광 :) 유일한 단점은 외부 소음을 차단할 만큼 방음이 되지 않고 다른 방에서만 소음이 차단된다는 것입니다. 친절한 직원, 빠른 서비스 및 전략적인 위치. 근처 소토가 ”전설적”이라고 들었어요 ;)
