Stayed one night on way down to Spain. Nice check in welcomed very warmly and room checked that we could enter earlier. Very nice clean room facing the lake. No tea or coffee making or even water in room. We had booked half board and when we went to dinner they sat us at a table and that’s when it all went wrong. It was a table someone had pre ordered dinner for and we explained we weren’t that couple the waiter became very surly. We asked to see the menu and he slapped down a piece of paper and told us that was what we were having…I have a life threatening allergy to shellfish and it was paella on the menu so we asked for the a la carte menu which didn’t go down well. Long and short of it is if you have half board you have to accept what is on the menu and even though we had advised when booking of my allergy, it didn’t seem to register. We were still charged for two people having set menu plus what we ordered from a la carte. Breakfast was very good with continental fayre.

An excellent hotel, very nice overlooking the lake, beautiful view from the very adequate terrace. Very friendly staff. No fridge but they supplied a kettle for us. They were just finishing a very expensive pool renovation but too early for us. The only downside was the restaurant - very expensive for the quality of the cuisine which was poor - we had to eat elsewhere for the rest of our stay. The breakfast was adequate but 16 euros each was excessive, especially as the egg boiler refused to work on 2 occasions - no hot buffet. Nevertheless less we enjoyed our 4 days stay.

We enjoyed a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, comfy with a great beach across the street. Breakfast was good too.

An excellent hotel overlooking the lake. Useful for those with walking difficulties as it has a lift to all floors. Wide panoramic views from bedroom windows with a balcony. Private parking. Very clean with large comfortable double bed and nice pillows. Our room was on the first floor which had air conditioning and metal roller blinds on the outside of the window. Wi fi was good and free. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We stay on half board but eventually ate lunch at the hotel as the food was so good that we could not find better elsewhere. The reason We could not give it 5 points was because there was no coffee or tea making facilities in our room, the lady showing us to our room only explained that breakfast times and nothing about the room, there was no brochure about how to operate the air con and blinds or any details of the local area including Doctors and other services. We did enjoy ourselves though.

Nous avons passé une journée et une nuit dans cet hôtel et avons été enchanté des prestations offertes… Le cadre y est splendide et le personnel est à l image de ce lieu. L amabilité de tout le personnel est remarquable…quant à la qualité de la cuisine cela tient de l excellence !!! Je ne pense pas avoir aussi bien dîner depuis des lustres que ce soir la…. Les ris de veau était exceptionnel ainsi que reste du repas.. Bravo une dernière fois… Nous reviendrons dès que possible et pour un séjour plus long..

In die Jahre gekommen aber empfehlenswert Ein in die Jahre gekommenes aber gutes Hotel. Schöne Lage, die Außenanlagen werden bereits saniert. Die Zimmer sind völlig okay aber etwas älter. Zwei Tesla Destination Charger und die schöne Lage runden das Paket ab. Wir würden wieder kommen.
