세고비아 4성급 호텔

因為格外喜歡塞戈維亞，所以特意找了一家帶停車位的酒店，這家酒店好多房型不能退訂 從托雷多驅車一個半小時到了塞戈維亞，把車停在了酒店門口的白線裏的車位上，在辦理入住時候被前台一個黃色頭髮胖胖的前台告知車必須停在收費的地方，而且沒有訂房時所看的免費停車位，那個白線車位衹能停五分鐘，超時就會喊拖車給我拖走。無奈衹好停後面藍線裏，因為不會操作，前台在極不耐煩的情況下幫我輸入了車牌號，我反覆確認是否正確后停好車付款。可當天晚上就收到了一張八十歐的罰單，可前台的意思是我運氣不好，她也沒辦法，後來多虧有個工作人員告訴我取消罰單的辦法，才得知是前台輸入車牌號的方法有誤，去找前台理論，前台的意思很蠻橫，就是我們是前台，我們又不知道怎麼輸入車牌號，這跟我們也沒關係，我火的要命，吵了一架，心裏不痛快，這不是歧視么？第二天退房又去理論了一番才回去，總之，這個酒店住的很不爽

구조적으로 아름답고 멋진 전망과 멋진 방. .... 그러나 거기에 머무르는 것에 대해 불편한 무언가. 결혼식이 있었기 때문에 토요일 밤에 밖에 허용되지 않았다는 이상한 ... 우리는 평범한 손님으로서 분명히 길을 걷고있었습니다! 우리는 우리 방에있는 수감자처럼 느꼈다, 유일한 대안은 TV에서 축구 경기가 있었던 바이었다. 우리는 발코니에서 저녁 늦게까지 큰 결혼식 술집 밴드를 듣고 아주 좋아했습니다. 그래서, 전반적으로 - 우리가 낙원에서 기대했던 것이 전혀 아닙니다!

The hotel was well maintained and in a superb location but what makes it outstanding is Ms. Alicia, the Receptionist. She is a very professional, extremely efficient and super nice lady who went out of her way to help us with our train reservations which is obviously way beyond her call of duty, always smiling and offering solutions.

Terrible hotel! This hotel is in desperate need of renovation! It’s so old fashioned and run down that it should not warrant its 4 star status. The carpets on the stair case are worn out. The rooms are dirty and quite run down. However they still charge a huge price per night for this. The attitude of the staff is also terrible! Better to choose a different hotel!

Ha sido una buena elección, está a una distancia cómoda para visitar la ciudad sin necesidad de coche. La atención muy buena, el desayuno más que bien, las habitaciones son notables en comodidad. Quiero resaltar la deferencia habida, puesto que se nos olvidó alguna prenda y no demoraron nada en enviárnosla al domicilio.

렌터카를 타는 사람들에게는 주차 서비스가 있고 고대 거리에 있으며 반대편에는 관광 명소가 있으며 수로까지 두 걸음 거리에 있습니다. 고대 거리에는 구운 새끼 돼지가 있는데, 정말 맛있고, 외부는 부드럽고, 중국 요리와 비교할 수있는 요리는 거의 없습니다. 이 호텔은 매우 우아하고 최상층은 360도를 볼 수 있으며 일몰과 일출에 관계없이 도시 전체의 전망을 볼 수 있습니다. 날씨가 좋으면 볼 수 있습니다.

Great location. Spacious, comfortable room. The staff were friendly, warm and efficient. Loved this hotel, courtyard and cloisters for an evening drink and cosy bar. Just wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy an evening meal at the restaurant. The menu and photos were tempting!

Hotel perfecto para ir a Segovia en verano. Es una residencia de estudiantes en invierno. Esta a dos minutos del Acueducto. No tiene aparcamiento, pero por las calles cercanas con suerte puedes aparcar y si no fuese posible hay aparcamiento de pago al lado del acueducto. Las habitaciones estan muy bien, tienen un escritorio, una nevera, una hervidora de agua y una cama de 135cm. las instalaciones modernas y con un gym que muchos ginmasios quisieran tener. El desayuno muy correcto. Tienen un patio muy coqueto donde puedes comer o jugar. Admiten mascotas. Y de las mejores cosas que tienen es que la cafeteria esta abierta las 24 h y gratis, tienen cafes, zumos, infusiones y yogures que puedes comer a cualquier hora, incluido de madrugada. El personal de diez. En la sala de estar tienen un monton de juegos que puedes utilizar. Muy recomendable

This is a nice hotel & I enjoyed the stay, though my room was a disappointment. But first the good points. The location is terrific, in the very heart of the city, I always felt like every point of interest was just a hop & a skip away. Conversely, it is tucked away in a quiet back street, making for peaceful sleep. My check-in experience was top notch, the young lady on reception at the time was helpful, friendly & switched on. She also gave fabulous restaurant recommendations. The highly rated, fine dining restaurant, Villena, was closed during my stay & the hotel was only offering light bites. As a consequence, I didn’t dine in-house. I found the bar a rather soulless place so didn’t drink there either. I had booked a Superior Double Room, which looked very alluring on various booking platforms, including the hotels website. The allocated room didn’t remotely resemble the photographs (which show a very desirable looking semi circle window overlooking the Esmera Valley). Instead, my room had 2 small, shoulder height windows, & was dreary & featureless. I decided against complaining as I was only staying one night, plus, I checked-in very early & was thankful a room was immediately available (I was told it was a different room to the one originally allocated due to my early arrival, but the same category). I didn’t like the room, but to be fair, it wasn’t a bad room, it just wasn’t as advertised, so more a case of unfulfilled expectations. A recent TA reviewer also alludes to this issue… Actually the bathroom was very nice, good products, & a terrific shower. It also had a bath, but this still had the sticky residue left on, across the entire length of the bath, from what I assume was a protective coating, in place at purchase. Unfortunately it had the appearance of scum & as such I didn’t want to use the bath. I’m staggered management haven’t seen fit to get this seen to, it looks disgusting. The hotel hails itself the first 5 star in Segovia but it doesn’t feel 5 star. For example, the in-room. coffee/tea cups are paper, the ‘spoons’ a wooden stirrer, a la McDonalds. To conclude, it’s a pleasant hotel, & with a few tweaks could be very good. On price/quality ratio it’s doing a decent job ...... but be sure to get the room you think you’re getting.

The location is great for seeing the town. You are on the doorstep of all of it and we had a good view from our room of the viaduct. It is near the bustops but this is not a problem and the triple glazing meant no noise in the room at night. There are a wealth of restaurants and bars within 2 mins walk (also a Burger King and McDonalds should you want). Parking - is very close. I did send an email to the hotel to enquire how it works but got no reply. You park in the public car park right outside the hotel and then the hotel give you a discount card, one for each night you stay. Take the card you got when you enter, present it at the payment station, then present your discount card. Then you will be allowed out. Welcome was efficient and friendly. The room is VERY tired. Our room faced the main road so we had a good view of Segovia. Bed, we asked for twin but got a double, too tired to bother changing rooms. The bed was firm, which we like but pillows were bolster style, which is not good for sharing. Luckily there was a spare in the cupboard so we could have one each. Fridge in the room which was useful. The decoration in the bedroom is dated and shabby but it is the bathroom which is from about 1950s and really needs to be updated. Shower over bath not very good and took a while for the water to come through but it functioned. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING through the wall (not a place for a honeymoon I would suggest). There is no rooftop bar which was one of the attractions but there was plenty to do elsewhere. There is no safe in the room and the air conditioning is so loud you can't really have it on and try to sleep. Overall if you want just a stop on travels this is OK but for no more than one night.
