Beautiful hotel with affordable prices. The only minus is that the swimming pool is visible from the reception therefore there is not much privacy.

It will be the first time and the last time. They didn’t consider your situation. Refuse to give you time before check out to pray.

This hotel is relatively near airport and there is Mall just across the street. Was ok for my business location but nothing of old or interesting Muscat nearby. Food is average but overpriced. Service is not that proactive and housekeeping missed my room twice. There a small but nice garden with a pool but it was overrun with rowdy children and the lifeguards had trouble stopping them splashing! Property is very clean and good furnishings.

Usual physical set up both in the lobby and in the bedrooms. Nothing to complain about there. There are some *******, though. The shampoo etc. bottles are clamped to the wall, as is usual these days. However their supplier provides bottles that are not see-through. So staff have no way of knowing when they are empty. And obviously they're not trained to check everyday. Same goes for the bathroom scales that never worked. And there is relatively little shelving space for anything you don't hang. Towel replacement is a bit hit and miss. If the floor towel is there, the hand towels won't be. I've stayed at a hotel which asked how hard/soft you wanted your pillows to be and I thought that was a bit of an affectation. I really missed having that option here. Breakfast is ok. Usual international buffet. There was relatively little in the way of local items and given the make-up of the clientele that was very surprising. Scrambled eggs were green in the middle on a couple of occasions, so I gave them a miss. More broadly, at the end I was left unsure who they had in mind as a customer. Some aspects suggest an international business audience (but no shoe shine machine anywhere). Other features suggest a local family audience, but the breakfast suggests otherwise.

This is the first avani hotel in Muscat, I decided to check it out with the family. It is hosted in a puropose-built building and next to a shopping mall. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful, from front desk to room service and housekeeping. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We had a 3 bedroom apar**ent with all possible facilities including a washing machine. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The swimming pool was perfect for children. Breakfast food was good. I got all the perks as a top tier loyalty member. I was greeted on arrival by the the General Manager, Mr. Rami who offered a very nice welcome to us. I would love to see the place maintain this standard of service and care, and maybe more of dining options. I highly recommend it for families.

The stay was good: room is nice and clean, breakfast is tasty. The customer service is horrible. Long story short: Sent a dress to the laundry- asked for wash only, no ironing and noted it on the laundry list, however my dress was ironed and completely damaged😡 when i let the receptionist know he said the manager will contact me soon. Took one week to get a phone call and the manager said that it’s ok to get a compensation they just dont know how to send the money! 😒 this is ridiculous. The dress costs 10 omani rial to me and i could wear only once. The front desk was sorry for the inconvenience but that is all i got😣 Now it’s been 2 weeks: nobody contacted, no compensation was paid to me😣 i am truly dissatisfied!!! The hotel is nice but customer service really needs to be improved☝🏼

The best part of my stay was the housekeeping supported by purna, Narinder, Naved, mamun, hemant under the able and friendly guidance of Chander the supervisor… these boys each of them are artists and not just simple housekeeping boys. They have perfected the art of maunting the rooms and I admire the room each time I stepped in.. stayed here for 12 days… best wishes and wishing you a happy future all. Yogi

Superb interiors,beautiful lobby,good gym,yummy food served in room ,very kind staff ,beautiful suites and apar**ents .we ordered food twice in the room and. it was excellent .overall our stay @Avani has been great.Al hamdulillah!

The hotel is nice and convenient, staff are very friendly and professional. Imran helped me around a couple of times and welcomed me to the room, with a professional and friendly manner. Breakfast was nice and the restaurant staff are excellent. The kettle in my room was broken and I tried calling the number mentioned for dry cleaning few times but they never picked up. Other than that the place is good and the staff are great.
