데이비스 하우스 인(Davis House Inn)

Near to Squid Lips. Great restaurant. Can see it from the Inn. Kyle, the innkeeper, was very helpful. They don’t have a full time front desk, but !when I arrived after 9 PM, I called him. He had put the room key in the key drop box by the office door.

It is a great location and a better price than the ones down the street. it is spacious for two people but would sleep 4 because of a futon sofa/couch. It is within walking distance of places to eat. We had a relaxing stay!

This is our 2nd time here and won’t be our last. Love that it is locally owned and taken care of, makes it more personable. Rooms are nicely decorated and maintained. If you’re looking for a cute, comfortable place to stay this is it!

We had a wonderful time at Davis House Inn over the Thanksgiving holiday. It has a great location, near the Indian River and close to lots of good restaurants. There's a nice deck with lounge chairs that makes a good place for reading outside. Kyle was as friendly as everyone says and had great advice on local restaurants. I wish we had had more time to talk with him--he is an interesting person I would like to get to know. The suites are cleverly arranged, with a sitting area (sofa, recliner, coffee table, and petite kitchen table) separated from the bedroom by a 4- or 5-foot wall. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator to keep our Dr Pepper chilled. There are more mirrors than you could possibly imagine! It is secluded enough that it is quiet, and I liked the fact that our TV was in an outer corner of our suite, so we didn't have to worry about having it too loud for other guests, since it was on the outside corner of the building. There was a smaller TV in the bedroom as well. A comfy place to relax, and I hope we come back again!

The property was a little dated, but generally in good shape. Some of the furniture showed some signs of wear, but all were clean. The owners were working on repairs. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Clean as a whistle and reminded me of an era gone by in Florida hotels...nicely furnished and decorated with nice little touches in the room. The owner, Kyle, couldn't have been nicer or more patient when we lost our keys at 10:00 PM at night! Delightful stay!!! Will definitely stay again.

Room was very clean and spacious, only issue we had with the property was the water pressure was low and they could use some larger bath towels. There are a couple of walk-able restaurants/bars and the owners are welcoming.

The Davis House Inn is the most adorable stay I’ve had. I travel a lot due to work. I’ve stayed in expensive places, inexpensive places, and everything in between. The character, location, and view of the Davis House Inn all but guarantees I will stay here anytime I visit family. Beautiful well kept location.

Very comfortable bed and walking distance to food and entertainment.
