체크인할때 오버부킹이면서 우리가 잘못된 곳으로 왔다고 다른 호텔로보냄 근데 우리가 예약한 곳은 여기가 맞음 ㅋㅋ 새로 간 호텔 가서 물어보니까 설명해줌 오버부킹이라서 보냈을 거라고 그리고 주차포함으로 예약했는데 새로 간곳에서 주차비용 차지함~ 전화하니 환불은 해줬으나 환율때문에 더 적게 들어옴
At check-in, we were told that we had come to the wrong hotel, even though our reservation was correct. We were sent to another hotel without much explanation, and only there were we told that The Dylan was actually overbooked.
The replacement hotel was nicer, so we were happy with the stay, but the situation could have been explained more clearly. We also booked with parking included but were charged for parking at the new hotel. It was refunded after I called, but due to the exchange rate, I received slightly less than I paid.
