Very dated restroom, there was left over product on shampoo and hair conditioner. The fireplace and hair dryer did not work however the staff was very nice to fix/replace both. There was a excellent breakfast and the complimentary salt water taffy was a nice touch

This is the place we stay when in Seaside. I have stayed here many times. It is quaint and beachy. For the price, you are showered with amenities! Pool, hot tub, breakfast, warm cookies in the evening.

We really liked the location and the friendly staff of the hotel. Free cookies and gluten-free bread was an added bonus.

I have stayed many places in Seaside, and this place has the best combination of reasonable price, pet friendliness, proximity to the prom, and amenities. It is clean and staff are friendly.

The location is great! The property could use a facelift. The first night the WiFi was bad but after that it turned around. The breakfast was ok as it was just a few things grab and go not any thing to write home about. My room was outdated the tub and kitchenette were something out of the 70's well they worked well and I'm not complaining just could use a facelift. The water was hot which was wonderful and the beds were comfortable which was a plus! My only issue for my room was, it was right next to the laundry vent which blew into our room and fogged up the window every morning and also the bush out front pretty much obstructed our ocean view. Room 116 won't be my next choice next time I stay for sure. It's great for the price and nice and quiet. The pool was warm for the kids and the location was perfect. I try to keep my reviews as honest as possible for the next guests. Front desk staff was super friendly.

First the bad- my welcome to the property was not great. I know it was a holiday, but I try to be respectful of service industry workers and appreciate their working during a time they’d likely want to be off, but my front desk attendant was fairly gruff when I checked in. I couldn’t take a bath in my tub because the drain didn’t close enough to hold water, and small things like the clothes line in the shower were broken. I was excited to find that there were stovetop burners in the kitchenette, but there weren’t many pans to use for cooking. However the most disappointing thing was the entertainment systems for the room- the smart tv and options were great but a bit confusing to use, and despite my calling the desk to ask for a solution, we didn’t have wifi in our room for 3 of our four days at the property. This was a fairly big deal for our plans and I am glad I had brought a few DVD’s to watch. NOW THE GOOD- the location, the room size, the stocked kitchenette, the parking and amenities were all amazing. Once I visited the desk to find out about the Internet, the staff was much more helpful and after that the Internet worked in our room. The room was clean, the gas fireplace was nice, and it was nice to have chairs and a small patio in the room. The room is a bit outdated, but it was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. My husband is disabled so we spend more time in the room than most other travelers do; it is a great place if you just need a good home base!
