Have a great breakfast that my boyfriend loves, rooms are cute and clean and great staff!!

Place is a bit old but definitely a decent place to sleep. Wasn’t dirty but we had a room right next to the elevator that was pretty loud. The a/c unit was pretty loud as well. We needed a night away so this was good enough.

I I ove my Stay I love the location I love the fact is near my job has been a travel nurse.

房間非常小，這應該是我來美國住過最差的酒店。比旅館還差。衞生間連洗臉盆都放不下，衹在房間外面放一個洗菜盆來給客人洗臉。房間放下二張床，連門都不能完全打開。價格1988元一晚，實在是太貴，設施完全不值這個價錢，希望出差旅遊的千萬不要來住，酒店靠近公路，隔音特別差，噪音大。 看看這個衣櫃就這麼小，一點裝修都不帶！

This is a very average motel in a really good location. The room was small as you would expect and there was some kind of grime/filth on the hair dryer (which I never use but I was staring me in the face) that made me wince. It was half the price of actual hotels and it was clear why.

We always stay here for personal medical reasons, closeness to both Mayo Clinics. The rooms are clean and it's quiet. The property is right next to a little shopping mall. Trash and cigarette buts on the mall side of the property. Not all the hotels fault because there is foot and car traffic.

Older property and needs to get updated for the price we paid. Had a mustiness smell and not the best feel overall when staying in the room. A/C also didn’t work and very old system.

You can tell it’s been nicely renovated. However, the staff was terrible! We had burning hot water in the sink our whole stay! We called and talked to maintenance at least 4-5 times and they kept saying they were going to fix it but didn’t. They finally adjusted it the day of our check-out (it was useless at that point for us). The front desk girl was not very friendly and not accommodating at all! Service is the most important thing at a hotel/resort and this hotel definitely lacked service!

Well the after the first day we got there got up to take a shower NO Hot water in the shower. Told us we had to walk to another room to take a shower. Was suppose to call us that day and did not about the shower getting fix. Went to the desk and they gave us different room. Got all moved to the other room. Sat on the bed and it is broken, coffee pot did not work and can’t change channels on the TV! Told the desk about everything and nothing done. I highly do not suggest anyone stay there. Called the manager and No answer! Calling Monday morning early!! This Hotel is a disgrace and run down to Scottsdale, Arizona Now since we are home we have laughed about our stay. Next year we will definitely stay somewhere else!

It started with the reservation. We booked two queen beds and we wound up with two double beds for 4 adults. They claimed they were overbooked and didn’t have one available. Our lamp didn’t have a bulb. We only had two towels. The tv remote didn’t work. The ac was not working. There was no tissues and the floor was filthy.

Wallpaper was peeling off of the wall, ceiling looked like it was about to cave in, bathroom was filthy, air-conditioning didn’t work, and biggest problem of all is they charged me $300 for incidentals, and was supposed to return that to my account as soon as we left and they never did and they refused to and we’ve called customer service They say it’s a hotel problem don’t call customer service. This is the most ridiculous place I have ever ever stayed in my entire life.

Great hotel but bathroom is TINY! Wish I had known my room was a patio on the first floor when I booked with *******. Not too noisy tho overall for one night.
