아크티브 & 스파 호텔 알펜로즈(Aktiv & Spa Hotel Alpenrose)

Seven of us booked a week at the Alpenrose through Crystal Ski. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, with comfortable and impeccably clean rooms, gourmet dining and a high level of service from happy staff. It's conveniently located - walkable to the Hochjoch cable car and town centre and a bus stop right at the hotel with buses every 15 minutes to the Zamangbahn gondola. The hotel ambience is great, you can feel the love with which the owners look after the place and the guests. The wellness centre is good, with 3 saunas, dampfbad (steam) and a small/medium pool. The band on Friday night were brilliant - Highway to Hell played on two accordions, guitar and double bass was a joy. Other nights are relatively calm! The Montafon ski area is not massive, but has plenty to amuse you for a week and a wide range of runs from easy blues to steep off-piste itineraries. It's also easy to visit other smaller local areas such as Gargellen - half an hour on the bus. Mountain restaurants are adequate, if not as good as some other Austrian resorts.

The appartement was clean and confortable. The restaurant was great! We loved the food, especially the dessert buffet! The employees of the hôtel were super Nice. Hôtel was close to the city center and walking areas. We spent à great week end there and will definitely come back.

Very friendly staff who will be accommodated for all your requirements the rooms are immaculate and well equipped, if you need any assistance or advise the front desk staff are very helpful, the management team are very attentive and helpful, the dining area and food is excellent, the staff are brilliant, we spend a week there as a group of friends and enjoy our stay, so would recommend this hotel.

Just back from a 7 day ski trip and loved the whole experience, hotel was friendly with great facilities including the spa, food was above all expectations. Ski bus stopped right outside the hotel so no need to walk too far with ski's and boots. Not much evening entertainment either inside or outside the hotel although the live band on the Friday night was a bit of fun.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the attention to detail is very impressive. Clean and well looked after. The food is delicious and gourmet. However the ‘wellness’ facilities need improving. My family and I were hoping to relax by the pool most evenings after a long day skiing, but instead of a quiet relaxing atmosphere the facilities were full of loud children every evening. Making so much noise, dive-bombing and splashing guests lounging on the chairs. There is no lifeguard/supervision in the pool area. We chose this hotel as it’s described as a ‘wellness/spa’ hotel, but found we were unable to use the facilities due to the sheer noise from misbehaving children every night. Please implement separate children/adult times in the spa so adults can enjoy the facilities without disturbance. An average stay overall.

Great hotel - staff attentive, food very good, nice bar area and well placed for the slopes. I was solo traveller, whilst room was small, just right for me. The spa was just along corridor - lovely pool. Spent plenty of time after skiing in sauna & steam room. Note - don’t expect anything in English, everything in town is in Austrian. Staff spoke good English

Excellent traditional family-hotel in Austria -on our travel from Netherlands to Italy- with lovely staff in beautifull dirndls/dresses. Luxery stay with modern rooms, very complete breakfast, diner and nice welness inside the hotel.

... erneut das Gefühl einer "zweiten Heimat". Ein Ort, um sich wohl zu fühlen, Wetter hin oder her. Man spürt einen hohen Organisationsgrad, ohne aber die "Oragnisation" spüren. Ein Talent. Die etwas verwinkelte Baustruktur vermittelt Gemütlichkeit und Geborgenheit. Das tägliche Frühstück eine Freude, Gleiches gilt für die Abendkarte. Gut geschulte und freundliche Mitarbeiter runden das Bild ab. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit, weil wir uns in diesem hübschen Hotel wohl fühlten. Personal, Zimmer, Spa und Service, etc. Es fehlte uns an nichts.
