Another excellent stay at this family run hotel. We have stayed in other places in Scarborough but this is by far the best. Rooms are large and elegant and the food is excellent - you can have dinner in the restaurant or a meal in the bar. The location is great too, not far from the beach ( via Cliff lift if you need it) and close to the town centre.

Excellent three night stay in this lovely, very well managed and maintained hotel. Great executive room with a view and really comfortable seating area. Super comfortable king size bed , fabulous bathroom with claw foot bath and power shower. The included breakfast was delicious offering lots of choices and had gluten free options. Welcoming and friendly, professional staff will definitely visit again. Thank you !

A treat of a -pace, lovely rooms; clean and warm and tastefully decorated, friendly welcome: staff smiley and kind and food was just what we needed. Great location and perfect for a weekend away by the sea. Wouldn’t change anything and we will return for definite.

Wished we’d found this gem before, bang in the middle of Scarborough, parking no problem hotel offers permits over your stay for a small charge, very warm welcome from Richard who couldn’t do enough, good Sunday lunch in the bar, lovely spacious room and bathroom with bags of hot water for a bath. The bar in the evening had some great music on, didn’t get the singers name but believe he works in the hotel too, fab vocals!! Breakfast in the morning excellent, good choice, fresh and tasty, wish we’d found this hotel before best one we’ve stayed in on our many visits to this wonderful town, thankyou🙏

Had another fantastic relaxing weekend here. Bright, clean spacious executive king room on first floor with beautiful view over park. Comfortable big bed. Great location for all Scarborough has to offer. Breakfast in Reflections restaurant was also good with hearty Full Yorkshire to set you up for the day. We had an evening meal here too for first time. Good choices, quality meat & fish. Helpful with onion allergy Would dine again. Staff all so friendly & helpful. Highly recommend.

This hotel had the friendliest hotel staff that we have experienced and we have visited many over many years. The bar staff in the open pub part of the hotel were such fun and lively. Nils, Felix, Nadine, and Paul were so kind to us and our dogs. The hotel staff who overlapped were so helpful and warm. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfasts and food in general were excellent. Rest assured, we will return. Thank you for a wonderful two night, New Year Break!

We have visited this hotel several times -staff are all brilliant we interacted with cleaning staff, reception staff, bar staff and restaurant staff - they are all great nothing is too much trouble. The food was beautiful. There was an issue this time the heating didn’t work- I think it was a pump issue. That said the hotel response was great - we all got an electric heater so we were nice and toasty in our room. We will visit Scarborough again and we will only book this hotel. A big thank you to all the staff 🥰🥰

Christmas dinner for our office team( table of 14) catered for with delicious food and top class, friendly, efficient service. Menu was varied and excellent value. Obviously can only comment on the dining experience, but if the accommodation is on a par (and seems to be, according to other reviews) then absolutely don't hesitate to book. Compliments to the chef, kitchen, waiting and bar staff. Highly recommended!

Went for Sunday lunch. Asked if there was a vegetarian option and was told yes. Received a dollop of mash and a dollop of ratatouille type veg, served on a raw mushroom. I asked the waiter if he knew what it was and was told ‘no’. Dreadful.
