What a beautiful hotel seaside hideaway is. From arriving Sarah and Jim great you with open arms as if they have known you forever. You walk through the door n wow what a place,everything is spotless lovely welcoming decor with lovely furniture to match. Dining room is outstanding. Our bedroom was absolutely beautiful couldn’t fault a thing. Sarah n Jim have gone above and beyond with this hotel. Teas coffees hot chocolate milk and biscuits in your room, everything you need in the bathroom from shower cap to sewing kits, shower gel shampoo and conditioner. Oh also Sarah has even put a face cloth for us lady’s to take make up off, this lady has thought of everything. Breakfast is outstanding there is something for everyone. This hotel is a gem of a find so much so me n the hubby have booked again for later in the year.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation which we are so lucky to have found. Everything about this hotel is first class. Fabulous food, clean, comfortable and cosy bedrooms with warm and welcoming hosts. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. It's location is perfect for exploring Scarborough and beyond. Sarah and Jim are very knowledgeable about the area and happily share suggestions with you.

Superb place to stay. Hosts were warm, friendly ,and welcoming.. nothing was too much trouble. Good working knowledge of the area and suggested walks. Breakfasts were excellent, including Sarah's home made granola and lemon curd. We hope to return.

Beautiful hotel. Spotless. Fab breakfast and evening meal if you wish.Rooms are beautiful . The owners Sarah and Jim go out of their way to accommodate you. Very friendly and welcoming. Please give them a visit. You won’t be disappointed . We have booked a second visit and can’t wait.

First time we've stayed here but it won't be the last. Really lovely, comfortable, stylish and very close to the Open Air Theatre for gigs, etc. A short walk to the beach and amenities etc. Breakfast was great too. Lovely people, highly recommended.

The personal touch of the hosts that they bent backwards for us and took care of every needs of ours during our stay. Sarah and Jim are absolutely wonderful hosts and good cooks to boot. The room they provided us was spacious as well as neat and clean. Toiletries and tea-coffee making facilities were well provided. Location of the hotel is perfect too with all North bay attractions at close proximity and South bay could be reached in 5 minutes through public/private transport. We had wonderful time during our stay and would prefer to stay again if and when we visit Scarborough in future.
