Large, beautiful, rustic house, built in 2019, surrounded by trees and meadows. 4 km from the centre of Scansano, on top of a hill, 27 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden (not fenced) with lawn and flowers. Terrace (45 m2), garden furniture, barbecue house. In the complex: washing machine (for shared use). 350 m long steep, narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house.
