Lovely hotel perched up on the jebel akhdar mountain. Beautiful sunrise from room. Dinner was delicious and breakfast too.

We would like to extend our special thanks to Ganesh, Shaima (Chima) Maryem, Basanta, Raja Shekar, Nadin, Santosh and Kung for their outstanding help, service and support during our Stay making it a memorable holidays. Everything was excellent but be careful of the bed corners which might give a permanent scar.

Ganesh Is the best thank you we had a lovely time and wonderful hospitality . We highly recommend the place for families and friends.

Check in & reception staff service was excellent. In particular, many thanks to Ganesh who was able to help me out efficiently with an emergency matter. Room was clean & comfortable Buffet spread was varied and nice . Service was attentive.

Our company just held a team building event at this place. And that was the best experience by far. Starting with the welcome arrival, all of the staff were very welcoming and hospitable the check-in process was very swiftly, and they even showed us to the room, which was just wonderful in every way. There was even a welcome amenity waiting for all of us. Service of the team from reception to food and beverage was impeccable, the array of dishes was a total delight. The hotel organized a challenging team building activity (both mentally and physically), and they nailed it; everyone had an awesome time. Our overall, our stay was outstanding. My heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Jagdeep and his team for making us feel valued all throughout our stay. A truly memorable one.
