We called three times to request an early check in to attend a funeral. We were told that we could be accommodated, we showed up at the agreed upon time, we were told to come back in 30 minutes. We did, but the manager was taking a break in his car, the cleaning staff was unavailable for any communication and the front desk staff simply said "I don't know if I can do anything for you." We got in, but the smell was so overwhelming that we stayed away from the room for many hours after. In the morning, the safety reset button on the bathroom plug literally popped off when I turned on my hairdryer. A worker we found in the hallway told us to tell the front desk. All the front desk staff said was "I'm sorry you feel that way" when we told them our stay was unpleasant. Never again. The other 2 hotels in that area are far, far better.
