1 story house that sleeps up to 6 (2 queens & 2 twins). 1 mile to Broadway or Skidmore. 1/2 mile to train station. 2 miles to Saratoga Race Track. 2.5 miles to SPAC. <1 block to Saratoga Hospital (but very quiet--ambulances turn off siren 3 blocks away) * Off-street parking for 3 cars * Wifi and TV * Laundry access (shared) * Screened-in porch & outside chimenea fireplace (both shared) * Pets allowed * Mostly certified organic bedding. * Stocked kitchen I provide coffee and tea. I am home about 5 weeks a year and spend it in the completely separate downstairs apartment.
