Historic Italianate Victorian in the Heart of Town

Graduation Weekend Vin's place is beautiful and comfortable with a great location. We will stay there again next time we need a place in Saratoga!

The Perfect House We rented the house for our family of 4 along with 2 friends. The sleeping arrangements were very accommodating to give everyone their space. The 2 upstairs bathrooms were spacious and there was no shortage of towels! The kitchen was great- we didn’t do a lot of cooking but it was fully stocked. The fridge and freezer were so nice and clean- It fit all our groceries and there was plenty of cabinet space for all other items. We loved the island with stools, made hanging out really nice. The patio area was well maintained, private and landscaping was so pretty. Our daughter loved the window bench seat at the front of the house. Check in / check out was super easy and the owner was very responsive to all of my requests- even my silly ones about location of garbage and recycling. Highly recommend this property for its location, size, amenities and cleanliness. The tv streaming services were an added bonus for our rainy days.

Track and Town Property is well kept, very clean, and perfectly located approximately halfway between Saratoga Race Course and downtown.

Perfect Saratoga getaway This was the perfect home for our family vacation in Saratoga! The owner is so incredibly accommodating, is always available via text or phone call, provides absolutely everything you need at the house and maintains a beautiful home! The location is ideal- right in the middle of downtown and the track so you can walk everywhere! It was our first time bringing our 1.5 year old son to Saratoga so it was so nice to walk everywhere with him. We can’t wait to book this house again for next year!

Accommodating Host Upon arrival, the home had not been prepared! The owner , Vin, went to great lengths to make things right. And he did-at no small effort on his part-being it was a holiday weekend!

Family Reunion at the Races The home is lovely and a perfect location for guests who want to walk to the racetrack and guests who want to walk to Broadway or Congress Park. Also there is a deli on the corner that has great breakfast and lunch specials. For the lovers of Indian food the home is next door to an Indian restaurant.
