The location of this hotel is in close to the airport and around 5 miles from Lido Beach:). The staf was very nice and polite, our bed was very comfortable, However there was mold on the ceiling by the entry door, over the bed and in the bathroom. Another thing is the vent in the bathroom, which needs to be completely replaced due to not being clean along with the fire sprinkler heads which are rusted. Other than that the hotel is at a good location with breakfast served in the mornings and just across from Ricco's "Jersy Style" Pizzeria which I highly recomend. They just need to address those issues and it should be fine.

The service was ok the elevator was much of a concern the outside was beautiful our room did not have proper door lock, the chair was not usable we did have an issue in the bathroom someone did come in record time it was not what i expected however we made it work for us.

The sink in one of my rooms wouldn’t allow water to drain. This problem was never fixed and it was addressed everyday. My other room was flooded with water on our last day. We were able to get accommodated for another room because if the water but it damaged my shoes to a point where I had to throw them out and the room I was put in bathroom light wasn’t working. I was not happy with this trip, the condition of the room and lack of house keeping. House keepers never came to clean the room or give clean towels.

I stayed at this location for five nights and my room was only turned over once. That’s not the end of the world, however, I had to go to the front desk to ask for fresh washcloths, shampoo, and toilet paper everyday. Beyond that the towels were so old, stained, or just straight dirty. The first day I arrived I went down to the lobby to get fresh towels so I could shower after traveling and the “new” towels were worse than the originals. Hair on the towel and dust/dirt on the edges. The washcloths were equivalent to a rag I would use to wash my car or do dusting around the house. Every time I went down to get new linens or supplies the front desk workers were annoyed by my request or when I mentioned that my room wasn’t cleaned that day o would just get a blank stare. One evening the front desk attendant just said the towels aren’t ready and had nothing to give me….this was at 11:00 PM so I had to make do with the one clean hand towel I had left from the previous day. It was my understanding that one of the house cleaners called out or something, which I understand but the fact that I had to go to the lobby daily to retrieve dirty towels for my use was frustrating. The bathroom was dirty, fixtures were rusty, and don’t look too close at the flooring in the bedroom as there are clumps of paint barely being covered by the beds. I would rather sleep in my rental car next time. I wasn’t expecting a five star stay but still left extremely disappointed.

When I checked in I was told i had to pay in cash $100 cleaning fee. They would not accept a credit card

The room’s condition and cleaner is horrible, the bathroom smell nasty and very bad condition the beds was dirty, I don’t recommend this hotel

The staff was nice, but there was underwear hanging in the shower and the bed had been slept in! I am requesting a refund, I checked out and left.
