이비스 상파울루 콩고나스 후기

환기를 위해 창문이 열리지 않았습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원이 줄을 서 있는 사이에 자리를 비웠습니다. 에어컨 소리가 너무 시끄러웠습니다.

나쁘지 않아요. 공항과 매우 가까워서 야간 비행을 한다면 매우 편리합니다. 객실도 매우 넓지만, 아침 식사 종류가 매우 제한적이고 먹을 것이 많지 않습니다. 전반적으로 추천합니다.

호텔은 가성비가 매우 좋습니다. 단점은 공항과 가까워서 소음이 조금 크다는 점입니다. 침대 시트가 그다지 깨끗하지 않습니다. 아침 식사는 다소 단순했는데, 특히 스크램블 에그는 너무 물렁하고 맛이 없었습니다.

최근 상파울루에 정전이 발생했음에도 불구하고, 호텔은 매우 느린 예약 시스템에도 불구하고 만족스러운 서비스를 제공했습니다. 콩고냐스 여행자들에게 최적의 위치입니다. 더할 나위 없이 좋습니다.

시설은 좀 오래됐지만 공항이랑도 가깝고 주변에서 식사하기도 편해요

위치는 공항까지 도보로 5분 거리에 있습니다. 스탭도 친절한 분이 많습니다. 콩고냐스 공항을 이용하시는 분들께 추천합니다.

Good environment and near to airport and breakfast is at novotel

There’s a reception but no service. Can’t extend your stay with them, need to wait for 8am before they can assist you thru whatsapp only, they’ only send website but not the site of the exact building, and they won’t even say immediately if there are no rooms available. They’ll let you see what’s available or not, you need to ask everytime you make a move. And that’s the time that they’ll answer and they’re response is too late, until all rooms are all sold out even from their other buildings. Poor service. Receptionist have no used at all! I do not recommend this place. No extension on check out time as well! We were expecting for an extension but no available rooms in all their buildings and they can’t even say straightly they’ll just send a site for you to see for yourself then when you asked that’s the time that they’ll answer you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Also, lights on hallway are all turned off, they just have motion sensor detector. So too dark when you walk on their hallway.

Excellent for family due to the location and kids enjoy the view to the airport

The breakfast was really good, it starts from 4:00 am to 10:00 am. It’s very good for people came from another side of earth!

Ibis congonhas is the best way for who need to use congonhas Sao Paulo airport.

very good hotel, great location

basically no one speak English, very poor experience upon check in, we paid online but they ask me to pay again, we book two room but they just give one room, need a certain time to negotiate then okay to find it out by other staff with limited English speaking.

Nada como atravessar a rua e estar no hotel. Apesar de estar do lado do aeroporto o bloqueio acústico no quarto é excelente e nao se escuta nada.
