Perfect romantic holiday for two. Close enough to the town centre, Nightlife, shops. Our room with private plunge pool was the icing on the cake. Super clean. Eva couldn't have done anything better. Even arranged our transfers for us. Thank you Eva. We will be back ❤️

Absolutely wonderful! Eva reached out to us in the UK the night before we arrived to see if we needed a transfer, which we accepted. We were met from the airport and taken immediately to the apartment where Eva met us personally and talked us through the island’s many wonderful spots. The room was clean, well stocked with amenities (coffee/towels/hairdryer/robes/smart tv/air con/toiletries). We had a private plunge pool, but the main pool was also beautiful, quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view. It is a 10 minute uphill walk to the centre of Fira, good for the calves and not so exhausting as to make it not worth the stroll. We also hired a car locally and were able to park it in the car park. I cannot recommend Eva and her cave apartments enough. Magical!

Great stay at Eva’s house! Loved the location as quiet and not over looked like the Caldera cave rooms. Campsite round the corner sells large bottles of water/snacks for lazy days round the pool. Clean and stylish room. Eva was was kind, she even brought us ice cold cans & cake a couple of times whilst we were sunbathing. 10 min walk to Fira Caldera, a little bit is uphill but easy to do daily. Highly recommend the wine tasting at Anhydrous winery which is walkable from Eva’s house & a bargain! We also arranged airport transfers through Eva which was seamless, highly recommend

Just returned from our week stay at Eva's House. Eva was very friendly and welcoming, couldn't do more for you, she arranged our airport transfers for us no problems and was on hand for any taxi help and directions ect. View from our room was beautiful (room 5) room was very clean, comfortable bed, air con & blinds made it easy to adjust temp as needed! There is a fridge and safe in the room with a welcome snack & bottle of water provided! Rooms cleaned daily, with fresh towels and beds made. An iron & ironing board were avaliable to use as needed. Separate towels were also provided to use at the pool which is great! Only tiny flaw I can think of is that the drain in the bathroom was a little smelly at times, but only as expected in Greece! Pool was great, clean, refreshing and most days had it to ourselves as guests are often out and about! Location we found to be perfect, it was a 10 min walk up the hill into the town, far enough out to be very peaceful by the pool and on the balcony but close enough to the hustle and bustle! The walk would be a little tiring for anyone not great with mobility, but we got used to it after a couple of days! Only suggestion could be to have a snack/drinks tuk shop so you could purchase snacks and drinks/water whilst relaxing at the pool, however, the closet shop/supermarket is only about 8 mins walk! Parking is also available if you hire a car! Thanks Eva & the team or our lovely holiday!!

Lovely host, lovely clean and comfortable accommodation. Only 10 minutes from main town. Easy to walk although hilly so you need to be aware of that. Nice and quiet and peaceful, would definitely return. Lovely pool and everything spotlessly clean.

Hotel a circa 1 km dal centro di Fira. Camera pulita, spaziosa, accogliente, presente tutto il necessario. Asciugamani cambiati OGNI GIORNO. Piscina stupenda con disponibilità di qualche sdraio. Presente un bel parcheggio per le auto. Possibilità inoltre di avere, a pagamento, il servizio pulmino da e per l’aeroporto. Nulla da segnalare! Super consigliato. Eva super gentile.

Prenotazione effettuata direttamente con la struttura, che ci ha organizzato il servizio di trasferimento dall'aeroporto, molto efficiente, in 10 minuti siamo arrivati da Eva che ci ha subito accolti spiegandoci le attrazioni dell'isola e organizzato il noleggio dello scooter, arrivato in 10 minuti direttamente in struttura. Camera molto spaziosa, con balconcino (il nostro molto suggestivo con vista mare per vedere l alba, che a Santorini non ha nulla da invidiare al tramonto), dotata di frigorifero, bollitore, phon, cassaforte, un piccolo cestino di benvenuto, insomma tutto quello che serve. Ci ha colpito la pulizia davvero impeccabile, la camera profuma di pulito, anche le salviette vengono cambiate ogni giorno. Eva è sempre presente vivendo li a fianco, è molto amichevole e sempre pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza. Ci sono anche una piccola piscina con sdraio e teli disponibili, oltre ad un parcheggio riservato, che a Santorini non guasta. In scooter il centro di Fira è raggiungibile in meno di 5 minuti, volendo si può anche andare a piedi, dista meno di 1 km. Soluzione ideale per chi cerca una location tranquilla e sentirsi ospitati come a casa di amici.

Ho dormito con le formiche sul letto L ultimo giorno non sono state cambiate le lenzuola … per il prezzo pagato assolutamente deludente … Mai più
