노스 산토리니 - 어 럭셔리 스파 호텔(North Santorini - A Luxury Spa Hotel)

Bonjour, je vous conseil de prendre une chambre avec piscine chauffée. Celle de l'hôtel est très froide. Les chambre deluxe sont propres et grandes mais très peu de rangements. Pas d'eau à disposition, spécial pour un 5*. Le petit déjeuner est bon et bien servi mais à la carte, beaucoup d'attente et des loupés. Personnel très serviable. Beaucoup trop de lumières dans la chambre la nuit, tel, etc... Pas de volet juste un store pour la fenêtre et vu direct sur douche et WC depuis le lit, sympa la lune de miel. Prévoir un véhicule hôtel isolé.

Pasamos unos días increíbles en un lugar increíble. Tiene una vista maravillosa desde lo alto de Pyrgos. Las habitaciones son amplisimas con un jacuzzi privado y yna terraza con solárium Ni que hablar del desayuno a la carta con una carta variada y sabrosa. Tienen en cuanta especialmente la privacidad del pasajero. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

There are no negatives with this hotel, except if you like the room cold the aircon doesn’t really go low enough.. the rooms are big and very comfortable, and the food is a very high level especially at night.

Alex made this hotel for us, he was so engaging and funny and we looked forward to seeing him each morning at breakfast, which coincidentally was incredible itself 🤤 fresh fruit, pastries, muesli, variety or eggs and sides and mini pancakes to finish. Everything al la carte accompanied by great coffee and fresh juices. Hotel itself was stunning, very quiet and romantic, not somewhere I would take kids, not mine anyway! There is house music playing throughout the grounds all day which give a nice vibe, though if you are a very light sleeper may bother you as it doesn’t switch off until after midnight. Very modern facilities and all the staff are very kind, definitely recommend for couples and people who want to enjoy Santorini without all the crowds. Location is also great in the middle of the island as it doesn’t take long to get to each of the attractions.

Sans doute l'un des meilleurs hôtels de l'ile. Une chambre spacieuse, un extérieur avec point de vue époustouflant + jacuzzi. Le personnel est très investi, de jour comme de nuit, ils n'hésiteront pas à vous aider pour tout types de demande (location d'un véhicule, booking d'activités, transferts, ...) ! Bonus énorme au petit déjeuner qui est tout simplement royal. Merci pour tout :)

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο τέλεια τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θέα!!!!! Η εξυπηρέτηση στο spa ήταν άψογη και η θεραπεία που κάναμε!! Τα παιδιά του σπα μας φρόντισαν με το παραπάνω και εννοείται πως θα ξανά πάμε όλα ήταν τέλεια!!!!!!!!!!!

Sublime hôtel , aux prestations de luxe sur les hauteurs de l île à Pyrgos, vue panoramique incroyable sur île . Piscine à débordement avec vue incroyable 🤩🤩🤩. Nous avions une suite avec jacuzzi privée , 2 terrasses une avec vue sur le lever de soleil et une avec vue sur la caldera pour le coucher de soleil depuis le jacuzzi! Le personnel et le service sont parfaits ! En résumé un séjour de rêve!!

Magnifique hôtel, vue spectaculaire, petit déjeuner délicieux, personnel aux petits soins, grand luxe pour un prix quand même très raisonnable. Seul petit bémol , le spa qui venait d ouvrir et qui n était pas encore au point et la piscine extérieure très fraîche .

The property is absolutely beautiful, and we loved our entire suite! Most the hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating during our stay. Staff/Food services/Location: The staff gave wonderful recommendations for places to eat, tour, and sight see. They were truly at our disposal majority of the time. They communicated with us by text via WhatsApp and would respond right away! The bar staff and waiters were very gracious, and we tipped them in euros every chance we got (shoutout to Alex and his young, male food runner). You all provided the best service we had during our time in Greece. The food was also great! The hotel is located walking distance from small markets and fantastic eats. No need to use their recommended drivers. Room/Hot tub/Maintenance: Our room was beautiful and very spacious. We had an amazing view of the fields and distant mountains from our patio. Our fridge came stocked with 4, 1.5litres of water and juice. Our hot tub was very cold. Even after calling the front desk numerous times the first 3 days, they did not raise the temperature, but instead told us we "should not expect it to get more than 32 Celsius". After pleading with the staff and insisting that the tub did not reach anywhere near 32 Celsius, they inspected and agreed that the hot tub was in fact broken and were able to fix the issue our second to last day and apologized for the inconvenience. Also, you may have to sleep with the windows open as it gets very hot in the rooms, and they do not have AC. Indoor Pool/Hot tub: The indoor pool and spa were very relaxing. The hotel offered one private hour at the pool for our party of 5, which was very generous. We had a great time at the pool/indoor hot tub! We paid $308 for a couple's hour and a half session, and our friend paid $200 for an individual session. We left feeling very relaxed, but a bit overwhelmed by the spa staff trying to sell products and additional services to us. Though the spa was relaxing, I do not recommend you spend what we spent, as I am sure you can find exactly what they offer (massage, facial, and sauna) for a fraction of the price and comparable services. Hotel transportation/Checkout: Here's the unfortunate part. I hate to do this, because most the staff was amazing! However, checkout was an absolute nigh**are for us. There are certain things you must pay in euros and others you must pay with credit card (we were not told this during check-in). The staff did not have an itemized print out of our expenses, but instead a sticky note written in pencil of everything we were billed. Thankfully, we kept some receipts and were able to sort out some of the discrepancies. There was MAJOR miscommunication from the drivers to the front desk staff. On our way to the airport, we stopped by the A** to tip our final driver who was very patient and unfortunately had to deal with the shady doings of his colleagues who drove us throughout our stay.
