The Villa at Grace Hotel is truly amazing. Incredible views of the caldera and sunset. George, the butler, is the absolute best. Caters to your every need and couldn’t be nicer! And Thasos, the bartender, makes the best drinks and his cocktail making class is epic.

Beautiful new hotel, but very expensive. We paid nearly $3,000/night, so there are much better values available. Staff was good as you would expect, but privacy was fleeting. Even sitting outside on the private balcony drinking coffee at 8AM in a bath robe, staff constantly enter to do routine maintenance. First the guy who removes the furniture covers from the night before. Then housekeeping comes in and instead of seeing me sitting there and exiting, they begin mopping. Once she was gone, here comes the pool guy. We just wanted to enjoy the coffee and the view in the pleasant morning air with a little privacy. Bedding was excellent, as was the A/C. Lighting was well done but nearly impossible to control. The bath robes are just plain silly. I’m 6ft and 205, the robes barely fit over my shoulder and couldn’t close around my waste, sized for a child. Not sure why they haven’t been donated to an orphanage and replaced. As for views and light, our room had two small windows in the door, a small window in the shower, and large glass double doors facing the view that had been completely covered with a black stone wall, with gaps left for some light to seep through. I can’t for the life of me figure that one out. Completely destroyed the view and blocked 90% of the light.

This is an exceptional place to stay. The level of service is the best I have ever experienced. Silvia runs the show for breakfast and Lunch around the pool is she is superstar, Tasos runs the lounge and is a genuine pro. They truly want you to have a great time and take pride in the service they provide. The view is second to none on the entire island. Your basically on the side of a cliff which leads to the outstanding views. If you have any mobility issues do not stay here because long walk up and down steps to get to your room. This place will be my base for any return trips to Greece.

The Best Auberge Resort I've ever stayed at. The minute I arrived by air to Santorini, the most wonderful experiences began. I was driven by their car to the Hotel, met by the concierge staff with a welcome glass of champagne and then shown to my room and all of the extras that were available to me while there. Maria, the GM, also took time to meet me and it was such a pleasure to meet her and spend time learning more about the Resort. Matina and Haris, concierge staff, arranged all of my extra activities, directions to Fira, Catamaran Yacht with Caldera the 2nd day for a wonderful day around the Islands and perfect Greek lunch, wine tasting with the best of the best on the next day and multiple adventures and pleasures. Dinner with George, Restaurant Manager and his staff was definitely Michelin Star quality!!! The chef is perfection with whatever you wish to eat. The daily breakfast was over the top and everyone treated me like royalty. Last day was a must to see Oia, and I'm sorry I waited until the last day. Walking up Skaros Rock was a great hike and beautiful chapel on the other side of the "Rock" with views unlimited. The most beautiful church to enjoy prayers. So much history. The place was amazing! Great Location if not the best in Santorini. Imerovigil is the place to stay. The high view was majestic. The pool with view breathtaking. The breakfast unbelievable at 5 courses. The dinner one of the best we ever had. The staff was awesome and friendly.

Grace Hotel was everything we hoped and even a few things we didnt. The location and facility were amazing but what was really special were the staff. We were greeted by name, they knew and planned for my wife's birthday, they were very helpful and pleasant at every turn. It was by far the best experience my wife and I have had to date. I honestly never reconsidered how much we paid or the value. It was all worth it.

Stayed 3 nights in Grace. From the hotel, the view, customer service and food everything about Grace was Spectacular!!!!! Top notch customer service and one of the best views of Santorini Caldera sunset. Also, dined at their Michelin starred restaurant. Very well deserved recognition. Its a must if you stay here. The best of luxury hotels!
