Hotel was a great experience for us, room and service were first class. Spotless rooms and staff attention was second to none. Staff very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to our cleaner Ida who was worth her weight in gold.

Fantastic hotel with great staff and amenities! Nothing was too much trouble! Arrived late in the evening, was told we had been given a free upgrade. Beautiful, spacious room, however we had chosen a standard room to be on the ground floor by the pool. No problem for the staff- was even asked to view two rooms to choose which we wanted! All staff are highly professional, friendly and attentive. The site staff do an amazing job keeping the rooms and pool areas spotless. If you are around the pool, staff come round with water, fruit and even ice cream! It’s a very calm and relaxing hotel and the layout with the two pools and house-style rooms is just beautiful. Breakfast was great and high quality. Couldn’t fault a thing. Chose this hotel due to short transfer from airport so yes, expect jets overhead, but after the first time , you fail to notice and it certainly didn’t affect sleep! Loved the resort- chose it to have some calm away from the tourist spots. So glad we did - trips to Oia and Fira were easy - beautiful places but so busy!! Great to come back to laidback Kamari! We like to travel and stay in different places but we would certainly consider coming here again. Huge thanks to the whole staff team!!

A lovely adults only hotel, we were there the penultimate week in the season and it was fabulous. We had a ground floor 1 bedroom suite which has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed. Inches from the pool (one of a few), yards from the restaurant and a short walk to the main promenade. I was with a mobility impaired friend so it was absolutely ideal. Breakfast was fine, not a huge choice but we had what we needed. The restaurant wasn’t that inviting but when we did eat there it was lovely, the food was really nice so don’t dismiss it. We had a massage in the spa and it was lovely, reasonably priced too. The staff were lovely and it was a really relaxing break. Only 1 minor whinge - there was a coffee machine in the suite but we didn’t realise until we got the bill that they charged €2 for each tiny coffee pod they replenish! Just saying….

Excellent hotel. A true 5 star. Condition of hotel, room, pools was excellent. We had the honeymoon suite and it was beautiful and big. Food and drinks at the hotel were great. Staff is well trained, friendly and fun to interact with. Location is steps away from restaurants and beach, but with 3 pools, we never did go to the beach.

Just returned from a week at this lovely boutique style adult only hotel with just 40 rooms. Booked direct with the hotel which was effortless receiving prompt confirmation by email. We were made very welcome on arrival by a very friendly receptionist called Ionna - who was always helpful during our stay! As were all the staff.. the place is spotlessly clean.. we were allocated an executive room on the first floor which was very spacious & had a balcony overlooking one of the lovely pools. Huge comfy bed so slept well during our stay. It’s worth noting that this hotel is located near the airport so you can see & hear the aircraft flying over but it was something we got used to.. Very comfy sun loungers - didn’t have a problem getting a couple each day for a few hours morning or afternoon. Just a short walk from the sea front but in a quiet area away from the hustle & bustle. The promenade has an array of restaurants to suit all budgets & we enjoyed some delicious meals during our stay / the best being Vassilikos!! Breakfast choice was plentiful - varied continental (croissants were delicious) & hot choice on offer - though didn’t seem to always be hot, which was a shame as everything looked delicious! The bus service from Kamari to Fira, just 20 mins away runs regularly €1.60 e/w. From there you can connect to other places on the island quite easily. Would recommend going to Oia another 20 mins from Fira, to see the sunset - which was amazing & the buses run late so you can get back no problem. Had a couple of treatments in the fabulous spa which were very relaxing too & skin felt amazing after! Like to visit different places so don’t often return to the same place but may make an exception here! Thank you La Mer for making our stay so special.. should be very proud of all your fabulous staff!!

I visited with my dad and we had a great time. The pool areas were lovely and one of us even got a free upgrade. One of the best things about the hotel is the staff -- they are all very friendly and helpful and made our stay special. A special mention goes to Maria for being so welcoming!

If you're looking for somewhere peaceful and tranquil then look no further. Had a lovely welcome upon arrival, got shown around and taken to my room which is very clean and has plenty of space. Its a stones throw away from the beach and all the restaurants and bars. The staff here cannot be more helpful enough and are happy to answer all your questions. There was a spa and a gym and the pool is a nice relaxing area. These are the all the good points. the only criticisms: people put towels on their beds very early so be prepared to get up early if you want a spot that's in the sun all day. The breakfast is great and lots of choice, but doesn't stay hot so sometimes the hot food is in fact, cold. You are very close to the airport so planes fly over the hotel all day long and into the night so can be noisy but nothing too crazy. This is billed as a 5* but I think more like a 4*+ as a few things just weren't up to par but still a very lovely boutique style hotel which was very well maintained. I didnt see anyone eating dinner as the menu was limited and wasn't the most inviting decor for dinner and lots of choice elsewhere.

From arrival till departure, we were so happy we have booked this place. Everyone did everything in their power to make this holiday the best experience ever. Staff were amazing and I want to say to the lovely cleaning ladies; I have never seen a place this clean! The breakfast was amazing! Staff was always around to keep it tip-top and helpt out with answering questions about the food. The suite was amazing, bed so comfortabel! I can't find 1 thing that was not right! This place is central and didn't have to go far for entertainment. Thank you all, we miss you. Definitely a super experience. Thank you. Greetings Marjolein Robeerst. X

The hotel is beautiful, wonderful breakfast and lovely staff. Location of our room was great, however it was rather dated and didn't match the standard of the hotel. The hotel is 5 star but the room was 3 star. Maybe we were unlucky and there's more updated rooms there. But other than that it was stunning and it was incredible value. I would go there again as the good outweighs the not so good and it's great for the price.
