Honestly, I will never be visiting this place again. I tried everything possible to keep the dates of my stay but my boyfriend was deployed and his time kept getting extended. I tried to move the dates out several times but everything showed as booked even next year. I had customer service reach out To the hotel and they were of no help. We asked for even a partial refund (total trip was over $5000) and still they said no. This is the absolute worst experience I ever had. I hope no one else goes through this. We did not purposely miss the dates of a $5000 trip but we can’t help it if my boyfriend was still deployed. My friends, family and I will never book with this property again!!!

Hotel was amazing for the price. Shoulder season in santorini. Private pool, cliffside view. Service was also amazing! People were very nice - angelo and niko. Also offered me to stay the whole extra day since my flight was late evening for a small fee. Totslly worth it! Would definitely come back and stay here.

Amazing location, really quiet area and great local food nearby. We hired a car and driving around the island is really easy and everything is close by so I highly recommend this. The view is one of the highlights, facing perfectly for a sunrise. The pools aren’t heated so take some getting used to! Overall, cant fault anything, amazing stay.

Hotel has one of the most beautiful views to wake up to every morning at Santorini. Staff were great with me.

Manos (Aka Emanuel/Manreal) was the best part of this stay. He was so pleasant and efficient. Everything from bartending, serving, helping with any issues, carrying bags, but mostly interesting discussions and great recommendations. He will be the most memorable part of our stay. If he moved to a different property, we would follow him there. The hotel grounds and view and truly awesome and inspiring. Beautiful architecture, shared pool, view and blooming flowers everywhere. Our private pool and private deck was also wonderful. The layout of our 2 bedroom/2 bath suite was strange. The bathroom doors bump into the toilet and need to be danced around to get in or out. Coffee service starts at 8AM (unless you sneak in at 7:30AM), there is no coffee in your room. As someone awake at 5 or 6, that is a long time to wait. The hotel is remote and unless your tours include transportation, we recommend a rental car as you can't really walk to anyplace from the grounds (not even a cafe). Beds and pillows need improvement - these were our least favorite part of the stay. When we stayed there, most of the other guests were very private. Almost zero interaction with the other guests.

The hotel was beautiful! In a remote area so a form of transport (hiring a car) is a must! However, the rooms were cleaned every day and the staff were very polite and hard working! Would definitely recommend.

Quite area, great view. Breakfast can improve but overall great experience. Super friendly and helpful staff.
