호텔의 지리적 위치가 좋고 예약에 창문이 있다고 표시되어 있습니다. 그 결과 문(124번) 옆에는 작은 창밖에 없다. 방에 창문이 없습니다. 들어가니 냄새가 났다. 패밀리룸은 침대공간이 협소해서 124호로 예약하고 1박보다 나을거 같다고 하고 다음날 방을 바꿔주는데 다음날 귀찮아서 방을 바꾸는게 싫었습니다. . 아침 식사는 여전히 10시까지 가능하지만 늦으면 먹을 것이 없습니다. 서비스는 꽤 좋습니다. 서비스 데스크에 가서 도착했다고 말할 수 있습니다. 누군가는 짐으로 바쁩니다. 그렇지 않으면 질식하는 많은 단계가 있습니다.

絕佳的位置，出門右轉2分鐘內就是藍頂教堂，沿着海景步道十幾分鐘左右就可以到達費拉小鎮中心。房間設施新，很大很乾凈，前台服務人員非常熱情友善。房間外面的私人陽台可以欣賞到絕美的落日景觀。非常推薦的一家酒店，讓我們這次的旅行變得異常美好。

The hotel was worth it for the views alone. Breathtaking place to stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful which made our stay enjoyable and relaxed. There are lots of steps (like most of Santorini). This is part of the experience! We loved the many areas to relax and chill out, and the room was very comfortable. Recommend staying here for sure.

The Cliff Side Suites Hotel is grossly misrepresented as a 4-star establishment, in reality, it resembles more of a 2-star quality experience. We had several disappointing communications with the Jet2holidays In-Resort Customer Helpers and Advisors whilst on holiday, and so had to take our complaint officially to Jet2 Holidays. From the moment we arrived, we noticed several issues that were inconsistent with the standard one would associate with a 4-star establishment. The facilities left much to be desired. The room appeared outdated and worn, contributing to an overall lacklustre atmosphere. Moreover, the quality of service we received during our stay was disappointing. Firstly, we had no meet and greet at the hotel drop off site. The minibus driver advised us to find our hotel by Google Maps, and we had to walk with several pieces of luggage each over cobblestones and numerous steps to reach the hotel, posing a potential health and safety risk. Upon arriving at Reception, a small room with only one room for one client, and already tired and hot from pulling luggage, the staff displayed a lack of enthusiasm and professionalism as we were left waiting outside in the midday heat without undercover shade or refreshments for an extended period of time. This greatly impacted our overall impression of the hotel and contributed to a sense of discomfort during our stay. Additionally, the amenities and features advertised on the Jet2 website and in promotional materials were not up to the expected standards of a 4-star hotel. We feel that we had gathered enough evidence to support our complaint, in demonstrating that the hotel did not live up to its claimed 4-star rating. 1. Speaking with Other Guests: We engaged in several conversations with fellow guests to gather more information about their experiences. These fellow guests support and share similar concerns about the hotel’s rating and appalling food served at breakfast times. 2. Contact the Hotel: We shared our observations with the hotel management during our stay and asked them to address our issues, which did not result in any immediate improvements or compensations. 3. Review Booking Details: We have reviewed our booking details, and on examination of the hotel’s description and amenities listed on the Jet2 platform where we made the reservation, we have compared the amenities and services promised in the booking to what we actually received during our stay. 4. Room Condition: The condition of our hotel room was far from what one would expect in a 4-star hotel. The furnishings appeared basic, dated, worn, and in need of maintenance along with industrial basic painted concrete flooring. There were noticeable signs of neglect including chipped paint, stained upholstery and scuffed furniture. Additionally, we were not provided with the following: a) Bed finishings, such as scatter cushions and end of bed runner as depicted on Jet2 images. b) A lack of adequ

My room had a balcony with the most amazing views of Santorini. And the location of the hotel was good, as it was away from the crowds, yet near enough to Fira. The breakfasts were good as well.

VERY much enjoyed our stay at Cliff Side Suites. Staff was excellent, friendly and super helpful (I.e. getting to airport). Cleaning staff was pleasant and did a great job w/the rooms. Pool staff was friendly and super helpful with drinks, towel and breakfast. There are so many hotel options in Santorini island and we would return to this hotel. Not perfect but hey that is typical of buildings in Greece :).

We had a magical stay at Cliff Side Suites! From the moment we checked in until the last night Dimitris at the reception desk treated us so well, even booking us on a last minute Catamaran tour at 10:30pm at night for the next morning! The room was incredibly spacious - we even had a loft with a second bed. We would go out for drinks in town but felt like the view from our room was better than anything we else we could've gotten in Fira so we would often head back and hang out on our private balcony with a bottle of wine enjoying the Caldrea view. Thank you for the best stay!

Great views, excellent staff. The pool area is small and pokey and the breakfast was underwhelming. The rooms were a good size but the fixture and fittings were poor quality. The cupboard door knobs fell off, the aircon left a puddle at the door - very slippery.

Stayed here in July and would highly recommend. The views are breathtaking and Firostefani is a lovely quieter place than Fira and Oia (both very very busy with cruise ship visitors). Dimitri at reception was so helpful, and the cleaning staff were lovely and friendly too, they had our room spotless everyday . I would recommend this place to anyone.
