Everything is super nice!!!! Its relatively cheap for a suite in here I love it!

The website and pictures are misleading. Whilst our room did have a view of the Caldera, you had to stand to see it as the ****s in front of the room were so overgrown and could easily have been cut back. One of the 2 rather poor quality outside chairs was actually broken and the outdoor concrete seating and no cushions. There was some kind of access plumbing hatch in the middle of the seating with the door broken. The place smelled of cat urine because the feral cats were using the overgrown area to live in. The tiles on the floor of the shower were all broken and I cut my foot on them. I did ask for a different room but the alternative was no better. The day before I left I sent a complaint by email at 2pm and got a call at 7pm asking did I want to move rooms, when I said no as we were leaving the following day they left a bottle of wine in the room. The porter Stefan was really good though, very helpful and carried our bags. I would not book this place again as felt it was more a 2* than the advertised 4* and you don’t know what your getting until you get here. Having said this, I don’t think it would take much to make this place presentable. It is a good location and the bed was good quality and comfortable and I found the staff ok.

La cuevas suite, gozaba de muchísimo encanto y disfruté mucho la estancia en ella. No pude disfrutar tanto de la terraza, era muy abierta y no pasaba desapercibida como turista, pero sopesando esa falta de intimidad las vistas eran panorámicas, se podía disfrutar de los atardeceres. El baño tampoco era mucho de mi agrado, había que duch**** con mucho cuidado si no se quería montar una piscina. Un tramo de las escaleras de acceso era particularmente sensible a caídas y había que tener cuidado, no recomendable para todos. El menaje de cocina era un calentador de agua, dos cucharillas, dos tazas,dos vasos y un frigorífico para guardar algo. Para mi suficiente, podía desayunar y picar algo entre horas. El servicio de atención al cliente escaseó en calidad, a mí me decepcionó ya que concretamente en este viaje fue algo que yo priorizaba, nada me pasó desapercibido y realmente esta carencia me causó malestar. Viajé en temporada baja, febrero, los servicios eran suficientes pero limitados, costaba encontrar los sitios abiertos, el internet fallaba y esa falta de información por parte del personal a cargo no ayudó, sumado a la capacidad de resolución de imprevistos, escasa, rozando lo torpe....

Dejé este hotel con sensaciones muy mezcladas por lo bueno, lo escaso y lo sobrante. La diferencia entre sentirte en casa y pensar que tu avión había debido desvi**** a kilómetros de distancia de tu destino fue cuestión de días. Ahora mismo si me ofreciesen alojarme 1 semana gratis a partir de mañana mismo diría que no. No he conseguido encontrarle el punto medio y creo ser en parte muy consciente de que la persona que me atendió lo hizo lo mejor que supo. María estuvo bien, pero a ratos.

Top Aussicht, Top Lage, grosszügige Zimmer - und das war‘s auch schon. Die Gastfreundschaft ist eher bescheiden, der Preis unserer Meinung nach viel zu hoch. Die Plättchen in der Dusche haben sich an verschiedenen Orten gelöst und das Zimmer wurde nur jeden zweiten Tag gemacht. (man hat uns gesagt, dass sei wegen Corona, aber das Zimmer von unseren bekannten wurde täglich gereinigt…) Damit wir ein zweites Leinen erhalten, mussten wir auch zweimal nachfragen und hoffen, dass es diesmal auch ins Zimmer gebracht wird. Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach eingerichtet. Wir hätten es z.B begrüsst, wenn es Kissen auf der Terrasse gehabt hätte. Niemand hat uns je gefragt, wie unser Aufenthalt war oder sich bedankt, dass man hier ist. Schade. Ich hätte mir (besonders bei diesem Preis, 300€/Nacht, ohne Frühstück) mehr erwartet. Es gibt hier nirgends eine Bademöglichkeit und es ist auch im Partnerhotel nicht erlaubt zu Baden.
