InterContinental Santiago, an IHG Hotel

Amazing hotel and many thanks for Maria Cabrera for the amazing service and her recommendations at the restaurant. Service and food is good. Very well located in las condes. Well maintained and clean rooms with impeccable cleaning service.

This was a lovely hotel; big comfortable room, very good breakfast compared to other s we had in Chile hotels. Good, safe location. Tons of nearby restaurants with a lot of action. About a 10-minute walk to metro. Went as part of a tour, so can't speak to value.

Thd best experience ever Ivan and Danitza from the front desk ticked all the boxes. Recognised my Diamond Elite membership and being a Intercontinental Hotel Ambassador so he upgraded my room. He has been really nice , always smiling and went out of his way to help me , he contacted IHG as me being an Ambassador didn't show on their system and as soon as IHG confirmed he upgraded my room. Thank you Ivan. Danitza is the best Waitress I have ever met. She has an amazing energy around her I felt calm and at ease She is smiling all the time and that makes anyone feel welcomed and at ease, she has a great aura around her. Her smile made my experience better as it is a real smile not a fake one She seems to be that kind of person who is always smiling. I was supposed to check out at 16 but they allowed me to stay later as no one had a booking for that room. That is just amazing I will definitely come back here soon

We were in Santiago on business with two other couples and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast staff was unbelievably attentive, especially Jackline. She worked very hard to ensure that we had a wonderful breakfast experience. We also enjoyed the Club lounge and Virginia was very kind and assisted us with business matters and refreshments. We felt that we were valued guests and appreciated how professionally we were treated. A great hotel experience. Thank you very much!

Fantastic hotel in a great location with friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast has a wide variety of delicious food. Miguel’s service was top notch. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The whole hotel displays signs of effective cleanliness and a service-orientated focus.

Great front desk staff , easy, fast check in and checkout .. Business crew lounge has plenty of appetizers and drinks. Englebert was very professional and accommodating , very good bilingual skills. The breakfast restaurant was good . The staff has excellent service. Geraldo and Jacquline were very helpful . The rooms were spacious and clean.

My husband and I have had a wonderful stay at The Intercontinental hotel. The staff has always been very kind, professional and friendly. They have made sure that all our needs have been met. Breakfast has been delicious and the staff is awesome! We would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very accommodating to us late a night when United put us here after a cancelled flight. The staff were excellent and very conversant in English and Spanish (of course). Especially the server named Tiara Munoz. She is very professional and attentive.

I was at this hotel for 4 days and Laura Lopez was the shining star of my experience. When I travel, breakfast is the most important start to my day. Laura remembered me each morning in the restaurant; how I like my coffee and she suggested different dishes for me to try. Please pass on my compliments to her manager! Thanks again Laura!
