El hotel tiene buena ubicación en la ciudad y es agradable. El trato de personal cercano, amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno de Buffet cuenta con mucha variedad.

Perfect location, staff were all helpful and polite. Room was on the small side but enough for the 3 nights we stayed.

Like all NH hotels you get quality and consistency in staff. The receptionist was excellent and made us feel very welcome. We parked in their car park round the back, but unfortunately it didn’t connect to the hotel. The room was comfortable and well appointed, though a kettle would have been nice.

We have stayed numerous times at this hotel on our return to the UK by ferry....the hotel is always clean with good twin rooms and ensuite; the rooms may not be the most spacious, but very acceptable for an overnight stay. Very friendly reception staff and car parking both open and closed but under surveillance. Close to some restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk to the main shops alongside the sea. Pet friendly. Breakfast is good. Charges apply to parking and pets!

Stayed here for 4 nights for our 40th wedding anniversary. Staff very friendly and helpful. We got some chocolates and fizz in our room on first night and a lovely anniversary message. Hotel in an ideal location to explore. We did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Thank you for our lovely anniversary stay.

Very clean hotel in a very good location for restaurants, bars and access to all areas of this very walkable city. All members of staff that I came across were very helpful, friendly and fortunately for us they spoke good English. We did not eat or use the bar and so cannot comment. Would definitely return.

Good location, helpful staff, spotlessly clean & modern. Good Wi-Fi & great buffet breakfast. Beds very comfortable.located walking distance for restaurants and bars . Near seafront.Parking available under hotel.

helpful staff, asked small favours of them and they did it without hesitation. the people were so good and always had a cheerful air about them. would and will stay again soon. the room was always spotless.

This hotel was quite clean, affordable, and centrally located in the Santander neighborhood of Puerto Chico. We got 2 rooms, which were placed besides each other, which was appreciated because we were traveling as a family and did not ask for this in advance. The breakfast spread was quite good, my family raved about it the entire trip. I would recommend staying at this hotel!

We struggled to find hotels in Santander that would accept pets and the good points of this hotel is that it accepts pets, has secure car parking and is in a good central location. I’m afraid that the positives stop there. Although modern and I think fairly new this hotel feels worn and tired already. There is a strong smell of cigarettes and greasy food in the entrance and the lifts. The corridor to our room had stained carpet and our room smelled damp. There was little interaction from staff on the front desk although we were offered a map when we checked in and we decided to give breakfast a miss as the dining room/bar looked more like a canteen. Definitely a paws down from our dog. We would give Santander a miss rather than stay here again.

The hotel has a very good location, you can reach almost everything on foot. The breakfast was really good and the staff is friendly. We didn't like the room, though. It was really dark, with a view of the hotel car park in the backyard, and we had to keep the blinds down all day because anyone could look into our room and easily get in (through the window). Unfortunately, the room did not have a balcony either. We only spent 1 night in Santander as we were passing through, so it was ok for us but we would not have wanted to spend our holidays in this room.

When our taxi pulled up at the hotel, there were a large gang of men sitting on the ground around the entrance smoking and drinking beer from cans, it was extremely intimidating. We went up the side ramp with our suitcases and there was a man laying on the ground smoking and drinking beer and blocking the entry. Our room was on the 1st floor and it turned out this is where these men were staying too, the whole floor smelled of smoke and alcohol. We went out to dinner to be met by the same scenario a large gang of young men blocking the exit, smoking and drinking. We only stayed two nights and it was extremely intimidating, every evening this scenario with a gang of men. I think this hotels is also functioning as halfway house or a hostel . We were two women travellers and found the whole thing very frigtening, this was not a couple of people standing outside smoking, this was a gang who would not move or let us enter. It was deliberate and the hotel did not take any action even when we complained. I note from the reviews here that other people have had the same experience. This hotel is definitely not safe for female travellers.
