빌라 갈레 알렌타주 빈야드(Vila Gale Alentejo Vineyard - Clube de Campo)

Recently stayed one night at a weekend and was told our room did not include tissues as it was a standard room as we paid €150 for the night. I don’t think a box of tissues would’ve gone amiss Sarcastic, the receptionist greeting was almost hostile. What ever happens to the smile and welcome to the hotel. The saving grace was Liliana who did the wine tasting with us and was absolutely charming and good humoured General manager, please note this and suggest you promote Liliana immediately We have stayed in many hotels in the Alentejo and must say they were far more friendlier

Great space, impecable staff Saw the birth of a baby goat Will probably come back in the near future to explore the property and its many activities. Everyone is very friendly and accomodation No bad sides that i can thing of The horses are great

Very nice property where the staff makes you feel at home and welcomed. It is my second time here with kids and they have unforgettable moments. Room and common areas are very clean and well taken care of (rooms are a bit dated but I have heard they are renovating soon), food is good and tasty and all is well organized. Great activities for kids and great people who are part of making it happen, a special thanks to Daniela and her team. Also, despite the very long days and clear shortage of staff mainly in Bar and Restaurant, they were always working with a smile on their faces! Great team!

Excellent Hotel and great for kids! We really enjoyed our time here! Great choice of activities, the staff was amazing! A special thank you for the staff of the Restaurant / Snack bar and to the care takers of the horses who made the stay memorable for my 5 year old daughter.

Hotel was good with a great range of activities. Service at lunch could have been better as had to wait a long time. Staff were good but not enough to cope with number of guests. Buffet food was good. Staff were very friendly and range of activities was v good. Rooms were nice but a bit dated.

Hotel ótimo, com uma vista incrível! Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos mas destaco o bolinha ( animador da piscina ) e o Pedro do bar/restaurante. Super atenciosos. Tem uma zona muito boa para crianças, tem animais e várias atividades que se podem fazer durante o dia.

Muito bom quer quer descanso total Pequeno almoco abundante, apesar da sala ser media para muitas pessoas Alojamento tipo aldeamento , o que é bom porque se fica isolado, não ouvindo o que se passa noa corredores de um hotel . Tudo muito limpo Sraff muito atencioso.

Equipa da restauração muito boa, 5 estrelas. Extremamente simpáticos, atenciosos. Provavelmente a melhor esquipa que encontrei em muitos hoteis por aonde ja estive instalado. Staff, Nep Kids, muito bom, Tio Zeca, Diana, muito profissionais. As refeições são muito boas e as instalações são o desejado para um turismo rural, muito bom. Para voltar de certeza.
