Sandman Hotel

Everyone was very accommodating really easy to check and check out They even had a continental breakfast I have not seen a motel with a breakfast in a long time

Unfortunately we had noisy neighbors the first night and they did not clean our room until we got back and advised the front desk. At that point they sent 3 people to clean the room. Due to the the construction they wasn’t a continental breakfast at the club house near the pool. Overall our stay was very nice.

Woken up many times do to our room being by the ice maker. The ice maker is so loud and it was 1 am, 4 am, 5 am, 6 and 7 am where the machine was being used for a mins.

We stayed at the Sandman for one night to break up a long drive home. Since we were only using the hotel to sleep, I did not expect much. However, this hotel was very nice. I only encountered two staff members—one at check-in and one at breakfast, but they were both very nice and pleasant. The room itself was very clean and modern. There was a microwave and a larger mini fridge, like not the super tiny useless kind. The beds were comfy, too. We went to get dinner and I saw there were some stores, a mall, and several restaurants nearby. There’s also a Charlie Brown museum that seems really cool but they opened later than we were able to stick around and wait. I would love to go back to see the museum and stay at the Sandman again.

Updated room. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the accessibility to the freeway. Only recommendation would be to replace weather*****ping around doors. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

The things I like: The staff was very friendly. The young lady made sure everything I needed was available. Excellent lighting in the parking lot.Was the middle of December and they still had their hot tub and heated swimming pool operational.(this time I actually used it) I may not understand, when they say breakfast included; I expect a little bit more than cold bagels and cellophane wrapped muffins.Teeny bit exaggerated. The problem I had was getting onto the freeway.You could only turn Right.The freeway entrance is to the left.Very difficult to turn around. Driveway entrance was very narrow. We accidentally left a bag in our room. Called to let them know,when I picked it up Everything inside was soaking wet.

The pictures on the website were very deceiving. Breakfast was very sp****. No waffles, only orange juice in small containers. Coffee was terrible. Talked to some locals and they said its went downhill in recent years. Guy that checked me in wasn't very pleasant. He let me check in a little early like I had requested online but wouldn't put me upstairs. My Boyfriend didn't like the place either. Definitely won't be staying there again.

Nice refresh/upgrade, spacious, surprisingly generous continental breakfast, an overall good motel when you are traveling with pets.
