My youngest daughter and I had a wonderful time.We stayed for several days for her spring break. The staff, room, decor, atmosphere and location were all great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only recommendation I have would be for the on-site restaurant to have to-go boxes so meals can be taken to the room. After a long drive we just wanted to settle in and eat in our room with food from the hotel restaurant. Otherwise, everything else was great!!

When we arrived for our check in, I waited about 15 minutes as a receptionist was helping a guest with check in. The smell of the hotel was so strong in cologne, it was uncomfortable. I thought it was just from a guest here earlier. She should have called for help. When it was my turn, check in went smooth. She gave me my room card. We took the elevator up to level 2. As soon as you stepped out of the elevator the strong cologne smell was everywhere in this building. It didn’t like it at all. We then found our room and checked it out. The room was cleaned but didn’t smell clean. I checked the bathroom and realized there were no towels or hand towels. We had 3 people in our group. We set our stuff down and heading out for the Seascape light festival. On our way out I stopped and spoke with the receptionist and let her know that I need at least 3 towels and some hand towels for our stay. Check in time for this hotel was at 4:00pm. We were running late and got here at 6:00pm. They should have gotten our room ready. When I told her about the towels she said they are probably in the laundry room getting dried. We came back and they have dropped off some towels and hand towels for us. The bed was soft and comfortable but the pillows were not. Overall our stay was okay. For $163/night, I was hoping for a better service and quality. I would not go back.

I was shocked to stay at a supposed reputable hotel and not have enough towels. There were three of us staying in a room with two beds. The first night we had two wash cloths. The next day we put in three requests for towels and wash cloths and were informed that they were on back order. So they didn't clean the room and didn't give us fresh towels. Would you expect to stay at a hotel with no beds? This is ridiculous. Back order.. not my problem...

The works were so nice and the hotel was nice the only problem I had was my coffee machine wasn’t working in my room but the do have coffee in the lobby. The main problem I had was with ******* . I will never use them again.

The property was quiet, a souvenir store was located directly in the front. walking distance and other places where you could grab a bit to eat. . Overall, the place was nice.

We loved staying here. 1st time in the area and it was very convient to everything. Walking distance to the beach, shopping and food. Not much traffic. Our room was big, clean and homey. Loved our 1 week stay.

Didn’t have bath towels (found out in the am). Took 45 min to show up. Couldn’t get an answer at the front desk after initial call for towels. Wasn’t informed about $30 extra credit hold when checking in or breakfast hours (was informed breakfast was closed at 10:06 after finally showering). No staff other than front desk spoke english

When we arrived to our room after check-in we did not have any towels of any kind in our room. Called front desk and they said they were having a shortage issue. And they probably wouldn’t have any till the next day! How in the world do you not have enough towels for your hotel knowing that you are literally across the street from the beach and you are a tourist town! And it was during spring break. We did receive body towels the next morning but they still did not have hand towels or any kind of smaller towels on hand. We arrived on Monday and they were not able to give us more clean towels or hand towels till the morning of check out and that was on Thursday.

Wasn't a great day one of the biggest reasons was the service. So my job took a little bit longer than anticipated so we would have to extend our stay and every time my fiancé went down to the front desk to renew the key cards and pay another incidental fee African-American lady that was there usually after 11 was rude about every single time she went there And I didn't appreciate that at all the last thing that woman should be doing is managing innocence. The second thing that was getting ridiculous is every time we did our re-check in with you that's what you wanna call it they would be banging on the doors no communication no updating the rum anything like that. The communication was pathetic from the manager to the cleaners. Yesterday a monks every day we were there they're banging on the doors after we've already paid and added our rum they're banging on the doors wanting to clean the room so clearly the manager not only being rude but it's not communicate with her staff. Then we're in a rum we're clearly someone was smoking burn hole on the carpet burn hole in the chair very disappointed with the standards that have become of the Hilton. Most likely will not stay there again.
