호텔 부티크 본 레포스 - 어른 전용(Hotel Boutique Bon Repos - Adults Only)

Hotel tranquilo, cerca de la playa y a 20 min de Palma, personal muy amable.

Clean and big room. Shower cabin was tiny so it was difficult to shower or move in/out, and I'm not even a big person. Had big balcony with 2 chairs, table and 2 deckchairs. Balcony was very big and had even view of the beach and sea. There was also a swimming pool (big and small) that we didn't use but it looked clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good, every day slightly different. Got bored of music during breakfast, every day same music was playing. It started before 8AM so it was a bit noisy in the morning. It took 3-4 minutes walking to the beach, and there is a lot of shops and restaurants around hotel. There is a lot of free parking spaces 200-300m away from hotel, few streets actually (closest was C/ Gran Via Puig de Randa), so it was possible to find parking less than 5min walking from hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t feel confident in the hotel, not because of the lovely staff, but the clientele made me uncomfortable as I sat by the pool. Bad language, shouted conversations across the quite small pool area mostly about football, and people emitting clouds of vape caused us to abandon the pool, and ultimately decide to move on to another hotel, so we lost the cost of two nights accommodation. I have no idea what the hotel could do about this - maybe we were just unlucky.

Great location with easy access to beach, restaurants, shops and buses. Good choice of inside and outside seating areas and great views. Thanks to all the staff who were outstanding They were friendly, polite and very helpful especially in response to an injury requiring medical attention.

Returned to Bon Repos again for 8th visit now and all as usual and would recommend. Only thing is I like a swim before breakfast and on this visit pool was not open at 08:30 and did not appear to be open until a “lifeguard” turned up some time later when I was going out for the day circa 11:00 - not great needs sorting but everything else ok

Very good hotel well situated in Santa Ponsa Upgraded room’s Excellent very quite most times

The hotel location is all for a relating vacation - it is not like Santa Ponsa has that much too see. And the hotel staff were welcoming and sweet. However, the room quality were so poor - the room was so moisty that it felt like all our clothes and the bed linens were wet. There were not ventilation on the bathroom, which probably let to the mug on the walls around the bathroom/entrance. Not my warmest recommendation, unfortunately 😞

A bit loud when neighbors are in the hallway and banging doors. Very nice location and the breakfast terrace is absolutely fantastic. Staff has been very friendly and helpful 🙂 👍
