From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from Andrea, Tania, Francisco, and Camilo, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Each morning, we woke up to the soothing sound of the waves and stepped out barefoot onto the soft sand, feeling an immediate connection to nature. One particular morning stands out: I took a quiet stroll along the beach as the sun rose, the golden light dancing on the water. It was a moment of pure peace, the kind you rarely find in our busy, bustling lives. Magical places like Playa Koralia are becoming fewer and fewer. This is a gem of a retreat where the harmony between nature and hospitality is perfectly preserved. Such places are rare, and they deserve to be cherished. The setting here is magical, with every detail designed to help you disconnect and recharge. The accommodations blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings, and the care and attention from the staff make you feel like part of a family. Andrea’s warmth, Francisco’s attentiveness, and Camilo’s genuine care were integral to creating this memorable experience. Playa Koralia is a hidden gem where time slows down, and the beauty of simplicity takes over. I already can’t wait to visit again next year—it’s the perfect annual retreat to leave the chaos of city life behind and reconnect with yourself and the stunning natural world. What a beautiful location! I brought a group of yogis to this lodge and we had a blast. The food is BEYOND delicious. It's like going to a Michelin Star restaurant in the rainforest. What? We were blown away, especially our vegan and vegetarians who received some of the best food they've ever eaten. The accommodations are lovely and the beach is priceless. Imagine endless beaches, warm ocean waves and blue skies. The service was impeccable. We even received extra love and attention from Patricia the owner. She went above and beyond for us. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay memorable! We'll be back!

Amazing place! All facilities are great. The beach is private and nobody is bothering around. Water is clear blue. The service was awesome. I want to remark the service provided by Luis Fernando, it was very proactive and diligent, he always gave the extra mile. I haven’t met a person like him even in any 5 star hotel. Finally, I would just install AC in the rooms 🙏🏽

The place has a huge potential. It lays in the jungle, bungalows are really nice and the beach is amazing. It should just definetly change with regards to food service (all meals): low quality expensive and very poor choice. Some sport activities would also be appreciated (yoga/gym classes ecc).

Playa Korali is an outstanding place. Nature is exhuberant, gardens are gorgeous, food is great, the whole location is fantastic. every space is separate and very private: garden, restaurant, beach, bar. Gipsy coffee is the most. People are very nice. Onluy a recommendation for house keeping, for being such a great property, room cleaning is very poor, needs to improve.

Todo empezó cuando solicité una cotización. Siempre se demoraron varios días en una pregunta. No contestan el teléfono y rara vez el WA. Después de insistir por correo electrónico por que no me contestan, de pronto recibía una respuesta y con la segunda pregunta, el juego otra vez empezó. Tampoco pude hacer el anticipo del 50% con mi tarjeta de crédito internacional. La carta con las comidas es muy reducida y las porciones muy pequeñas. Una vez me ofrecieron ensalada con langostinos, recibí una pequeña porción de ensalada con 5 camarones super pequeñas. La respuesta fue que se equivocaron, no es con langostinas, sino con camarones. Los jugos sabían a puro agua. A pesar que en el internet y en la carta fisca ofrecían postres, no habían. Solamente después de insistir mucho, hicieron uno, días después. Las sillas de la playa no eran suficientes para la cantidad de personas. Había gente que pagó un pasadía en otro hotel cercano para poder sentarse y además tener un almuerzo bueno. La señora de los masajes olía a cebolla y tomate y eso que explicó que se había lavado muy bien las manos. El camino de mi cabaña no tenía luz para ir a la cena. Después de insistir prendieron una lámpara que había en el camino. Menos mal que tenía una linterna, sino no llegó. Cada rato el botellón de agua en el comedor estaba vacío y toca rogar para que trajeron uno nuevo. Ni hablar del café en la mañana. Tocaba mucho tiempo bombear en la jarra para obtener una taza de café y también cada rato se acabó. Varios huéspedes nos fuimos a un hostel al lado para tomar café, capuchino o comernos un postre. El aseo de las habitaciones solo lo hacían después de quejarme a las 3 pm que aún se encontraron todos los insectos en el piso de la noche anterior y las camas sin hacer. El hotel me parece demasiado caro para el servicio que ofrece. No cumplió en nada mis espectativas.
