카사 데 이사벨라 어 칼리 호텔(Casa de Isabella, a Kali Hotel)

The hotel is very well located. You can walk to the marina, malecón, parque de los novios, restaurants and museo del oro. The staff was always attentive and very helpful. The facilities are beautiful and you feel you are in an oasis of calm and relaxation. It has a nice little pool in the second floor. The rooms are a bit dark in the firs floor but very quiet and comfortable.

It's so good we returned for another night and will probably book it again before we fly out of Santa Marta

This is a very charming colonial style hotel. My recommendation to m was large and pretty. I particularly want to recommend the staff who are extremely kind and helpful

Santa Marta is a lovely, vibrant old town. Great bars and restaurants.As many different types of shops as you need. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We had great meals and a lot of fun. This hotel was superb, the best we've had in Colombia. Super staff, such beautiful decor inside and out. The pool was lovely.Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended. Thank you

This location was not available due to an issue with their pool however they were gracious enough to send us to their sister location casa de Leda which was a beautiful property in a perfect location was clean, very well laid out, breakfast was great staff was great, I would definitely return

First I thought the room on the ground floor was dark, but later appreciated it when I realized it kept heat - and street noise - out. Good location just a block from the Malecon - and opposite a restaurant that people keep saying is the best in Santa Marta

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. We were close to the beach and to the central plazas and shopping. I would highly recommend the hotel. Our only problems were that the wifi was weak and although the staff were very friendly and wanted to be helpful (one spoke excellent English), they weren't able to effectively direct us to an ATM or restaurants that met our needs. We also had an issue with ******* charging us twice for the rooms (not the hotels fault), but the hotel promised to send an email to us confirming that we only used the one set of rooms, so we could use that to get a refund from *******, but we never received that email.

Loved the staff — super friendly and welcoming. This hotel had THE best breakfast and is walking distance to fancy restaurants and the parque de Los Enamorados, where you can find more affordable meal options (though still in the tourist area). Its central location means it could be a little loud at night and early in the morning. Bring earplugs and you’ll be fine.

We enjoyed the charm and location of this hotel so much that we came back for a second stay. Very convenient location to walk for dinner but not noisy from the lively neighborhood. Relaxing and great a/c. Breakfast was filling and fresh. Staff helpful with our endless questions.
