We had single rooms, which were simple, but clean and functional. The breakfast was ok. So was the food generally, but certainly nothing to get excited about. The personell was quite friendly. So why give it a one only? The first morning the coffee machine was down. Somebody was trying to fix it, it turned out to be the owner. I politely asked him how I could order coffee when he for no reason at all „exploded“, started to shout at me, calling me names, telling me if I, as somebody from the city, was not able to have a minute of patience until the server would come, I should go to check out and leave immediately. And so on … That behaviour is completely inexcusable, whatever the circumstances. I also have to say that this was the first time ever I have seen that somebody in a hotel or restaurant dared to act in such an utterly rude manner towards a guest. And the person being the owner — incredible. So, not a place I will ever go back to and not a place I can recommend.
