비니구엔다 우아툴코(Binniguenda Huatulco & Beach Club)

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay at the Binniguenda Hualtulco & Beach Club in late March 2024. We recognize there are higher end hotels in the area but it is the staff at this hotel that we love and really make the difference. Plus the beach access at the Niru Beach Club, an extension of the hotel, was outstanding and so beautiful. This is our second stay and we made it a point this time to watch all the evening shows. Great performances by the dancers! So talented! A special call out to Sylvia, our omelet cook; Freddie, the Niru Beach bartender; Oliver, the main hotel bartendar; Ulysses and Rosa, the wonderful hotel lobby receptionists; Jessica, the dinner greeter and food server; Raul, the manager who went the extra mile for arranging breakfast before our early plane departure and Jose, Carlos and Santiago too. And especially, Julio, at the front desk, who upon arriving remembered us from last year and was always so hospitable, friendly, and courteous. Such warm and loving smiles by the staff. Our thanks to you all!

food availability is limited and dinner is quite late. The upgraded suites are close to the show space so quite loud at night

The staff was amiable and attentive. The location was perfect, walking distance from the beach.

Poor quality food, lack of variety, sewer smell in the room and several public areas of hotel, dead bees around the desserts and flies all over the buffet trays. Bug in a blanket, dirty containers where food is prepared. Be aware that infinity pool is not onsite and you can access it only on certain hours and van transportation, so might be hard on knees or back if you have a bone problem or you have to walk 10 min in the heat of Huatulco. I got very sick from their food on 3rd and 4th, had to go to a doctor and general manager didn't approve any refund. They didn't care, never was able to talk to him in person, they only care for the money by the way is expensive for what you receive. I am a frequent traveler and never had an experience like this, so keep in mind this review when making your reservation. I stayed 5 days and also Canadian people said the same about disappointing of the pool not inside the property. Also noisy as the bar is in the middle of the hotel, so don't expect to be quiet after 11:30pm. The area around the hotel has many graffiti on old properties that are vacant.

Very clean and well maintained. Super quiet and staff were excellent. My only knock on it was at noon sharp you had to checkout and remove bracelet so charged for any drinks/food (very expensive) if you have to wait for a late afternoon flight.

Excellent location close to Santa Cruz Beach. Easy walk and get cabs. Staff are friendly. Beach Club is absolutely beautiful. Very enjoyably stay. We did upgrade our room which I do enjoy there. Basic rooms are decent there as well. The food and drinks needs some work but over all one of my favourite places to stay in Huatulco for the money.

We had left to stay with our friends but forgot my winter boots in our room. When I went back to get them they were gone. The one little girl at the desk was not at all helpful and I didn’t feel was being at all honest with us. I had to return to severe cold weather with no warm boots.

Nice facility. Loved the pool area.,Convenient shuttle to the beach club. Staff were fantastic. Huatulco is very safe, clean and has great beaches.
